The excellent connectivity offered here, with easy access to malls, hospitals, and other essential places via good public transport, greatly enhances the convenience of living in the area. The well-maintained amenities, such as the swimming pool and spacious playground, contribute to the overall quality of life for residents. The presence of multiple parks and a well-maintained club further enhances the sense of community within the society. However, the frequent traffic jams due to metro work can be a major inconvenience, impacting productivity and daily routines. Additionally, the insufficient police patrolling at night raises safety concerns that warrant improvement for residents' peace of mind.
Things need improvement
The distance of travel to central Chennai during rush hour can be challenging for commuters. Additionally, the existence of uninformed religious festivities within the society may lead to conflicting public matters and disturb the peace. Furthermore, the lack of spacious playgrounds for activities like cricket or football and the presence of street dogs roaming around pose minor inconveniences. However, despite these issues, the society's well-maintained facilities and lush green surroundings make it one of the best places to live in Chennai.

His office being far from the society prompted him to relocate. Other than that, everything else about the society is excellent.
