Connectivity of the apartment was quite good . rooms were spacious ,flooring was beautiful,overall the unit of the apartment was great.build quality was good .
Amenities were not allowed to use if you are tenant,you have to take noc from the owner .

The connectivity of the society is very convinient, public transports like auto, cabs are easily available outside the society. Roads are perfect outside the society Metro station is available nearby the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available just outside the society. The maintainance of the society is very good, hygine is also maintained. Maintainance charges are not high. CCTV cameras are installed. seepage and leakage issues are not seen in the flats. The construction quality of the buildings is good. Water supply and electricity are available for 24*7 in the society. Power backup is available in the society. Facilities and Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. Parking space is available.
As a tenent society doen't allow them to use the amenities. The amenities needs to be allowed to everyone.

Kalpataru Harmony is considered one of the top societies in the Wakad area. It offers a wide range of amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, and kids' play area, all of which are well-maintained. Essentials like auto rickshaws and cabs are easily accessible nearby. The rooms are spacious and thoughtfully designed, and the construction quality is excellent. There's round-the-clock water supply and ample parking space available. The society also boasts a high-security system and maintains good cleanliness standards.
They're using recycled water for toilet flushing, but sometimes it causes the flush to become dirty, leading to unpleasant odors inside the flat. This can be quite disturbing at times. Additionally, power backup is only available for common areas, not individual flats. Visitor parking is limited in the society, and there's a lack of social interaction among residents as everyone seems preoccupied with their own lives.

This society is located on the main road, offering excellent transportation connectivity. Nearby, there are schools and hospitals, adding to the convenience. The society is very well maintained, providing a neat, clean, and hygienic environment. It offers a range of amenities, including a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, kids' play area, and garden. The construction quality is excellent with no issues of leakage or seepage. All festivals are celebrated here, creating a vibrant community atmosphere. The society also features a spacious parking area and reasonable maintenance charges.
The society does not have a BMC water pipeline connection, but the managing committee has arranged for tanker facilities for residents. Although the builder initially provided telecom facilities, the connection has been discontinued for over a year.

Cleanliness & maintenace of society is good with open space in society. connectivity is great like cabs auto facilities available near by apartment .amenities are to notch.
Construction quality was so poor,leakage and seepage issues were there and even cracks were there on the iner and outer side of the apartment

This society is in middle of wakad ,so connectivity is top notch .maintainaince of the apartment is commandable like society is very clean .allocated parking has been provided for residence and visitors also.amenities are very well maintained.24/7 water supply ,no power cut issue.
Power back up facility is available only for common areas and even solar panel is used for lift only.for visitors parking there are some charges if they want to use it above 1 month .

Overall, my living experience in that society was good. The society was neat, clean, and hygienic. The security system was great for the residents. All the modern amenities were present in the society. Autos and cabs were easily available, and there were no waterlogging or traffic issues around the society.
Due to lots of metro construction work going on all over Pune, the atmosphere is quite dusty and not suitable for small kids and humans. Leakage and seepage issues are prevalent in the society. Tenants have to pay extra to use any of the amenities, and the railway station is far away from the society.

Kalpataru harmony is a premium society.society is highly maintained and everything was perfect.there was allocated parking for residenct and visitors.bachelor's were allowed in the society.power back up facility was available.
Issue resolution process can be improve.society should enhance maintaining facility .everything in the society is perfect.

Water was available 24/7. Auto-rickshaws were readily available. The roads outside the society were well-maintained. Garbage collection was done daily, and the society was clean. The flats were very well-ventilated. There were fire exits in the society. All amenities were present and well-maintained. The swimming pool was located on the upper floor, which sometimes led to littering, but it was cleaned promptly. The residents were good, and the society was pet-friendly. There was no leakage or seepage in the flats.
Malls and restaurants were not within walking distance. The society did not have power backup. There were occasional power cuts. The visitors' parking space was limited

Public transports like auto, bus, rikshaws, cabs are easily accessible outside the society. The connectivity is very convinient. Market areas, schools, restaurants all are nearby the society. Hospitals are located nearby the society. The maintainace charges are affordable and maintainance is done on time. Water supply and electricity is available for 24*7 in the society, there are no such issues faced regarding it. Society is kept clean and hygine is maintained properly. Seepage and leakage issues are not faced as such, the construction quality is good. gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area are available in the society in amenities. All are properly maintained. CCTV is installed inside premises of the society.Security system is good in the society. Security guards are available. Parking space is available and quite spacious. People staying in the society are friendly and cooperative in the society
Metro station is not available nearby the society. Previously the road quality was not good around the society but now it has been improved.
