The construction quality is very poor, with numerous leakage and seepage issues. Maintenance of the lifts is also not up to par. Additionally, there have been increases in maintenance charges.

In our society, the maintenance charges are exorbitant, which poses a significant financial burden on residents. Furthermore, the community atmosphere lacks friendliness and cooperation. Essential facilities are located outside the society, approximately 1 kilometer away, causing inconvenience for residents. Pollution in the vicinity detracts from the quality of life. Additionally, frequent power cuts further disrupt daily life.

Seepage problems stemming from older constructions add to their woes, while the swimming pool's consistently dirty water reflects subpar maintenance standards.

Having easily accessible hospitals in the society is crucial for prompt medical assistance. A strong security presence is essential for a sense of safety and well-being in a society. Additionally, having all amenities available within the society adds to the convenience and quality of life for residents.
Things need improvement
Having problems with the elevator can really throw off your day. The construction quality isn't great, so you end up dealing with all sorts of issues. Plus, the maintenance fees keep going up in the community. And don't even get me started on how dirty it is outside the complex.

Amenities like swimming pool ,club house and gym is well-maintained in the society. Cleaning of the society is very clean and hygine. Connectivity is good.

Maintaining of lift is very poor it is getting always repairs . Construction quality is very bad. There are so many leepage and leakage issues in the society. Railway station is very far from the society.

These leaks are widespread, affecting multiple blocks totaling 5-6 within the community. It's worth noting that Apollo Hospital is quite distant from the society, situated approximately 3-4 kilometers away. "

The metro station is situated approximately 5 kilometers away from the society, requiring residents to travel a bit further for efficient metro connectivity. Though Autos are available but get a hold of them becomes difficult sometimes.
