Construction quality achhi hai plaster and fitings bohot achhi hai . power available hai society pe .

Connectivity achhi nhi hai bilkul bhi auto, metro, bus easily available nhi hai pas me mall , hospital, college bhi nhi hai . society ke cleansliness improve hona chahiye . facilities like gym, swimming pool , gym available nhi hai society pe .

The conveyance is very good,there is nearby shopping complex or grocery shops available near the society.
Things need improvement
Only one lift is working in 20 storey building.1 lift is being built now.the construction work is working slowly in the society.

Construction quality achhi hai . maintenance bhi achhi hai , society clean and hygiene hai .

Park mainten nhi hai , facilities like swimming pool , clubhouse nhi hai . street dogs ke problem hai.

Basement parking hai society mein . Garbage disposal ab thoda improve hua hai. Connectivity acha hai , autos wagera mil jata hai, ek paas mein mall bhi ban raha hai society ke. Kaafi bachelors log rehte hain , kuch log theek hain.

Hum rehte hain wo abhi incomplete hai society, kuch bhi nahi hain yaha. No facilities like gym , swimming pool & clubhouse in the society. Bas hum log jaise taise reh rahe hain yaha. Seepage ka bhi issue hain yaha. Light ka problem hai, paani me bhi problem hai. Lifts hai society mein but mostly kharab rehti hai.

Good things here
The connectivity of the society is good, punlic transportations are available nearby the society. Schools and hospitals are also nearby the society. The maintainance of the society is good, society is kept clean. Lifts works properly in the society. The neighbours in the society are very friendly and cooporative, all cultural festivals and events are celebrated together in the society.
Things need improvement
There are no nearby metro station around the society, it is far from the society. CCTV cameras are not installed in the society's premises. Water logging is a concern in the basement area, specially during rainy season water logging issues are faced inside the society, mainly at basement area.

Unitech Homes are no doubt the best place to stay. Markets, schools are situated at nearby locations. This area is also safe and the whole neighborhood is very friendly. This place is situated close to bus stands

Unitech Unihomes has a high liveability rating thanks to its hygienic and clean roadways. The adjacent area of this complex is clean and hygienic. Property prices are reasonable, and the neighbourhood is very safe thanks to efficient police management. Taxis, trains, and metros are available here.

The connection in Unitech Unihomes 2 is good. The prices of the properties vary and are somewhat reasonable. Also excellent is the neighbourhood. The police administration is likewise efficient, and the roadways are hygienic and tidy.
