Good things here
Security is excellent, with a well-maintained garden and overall tidy society. It's a gated community with security cameras for added safety.
Things need improvement
The elevators are not functioning properly, and the gate security is lacking diligence. Overall maintenance appears to be subpar.

There is no proper lighting in the society. Not even in the parking area. Feels really unsafe sometimes.

Security is good. Garden and overall society is very neat. Gated society with security cameras.

Elevators are not working properly. Gate security is also very lazy and the overall maintenance kinda looks bad.

I rented a flat here for a very affordable price. You can also try the fully furnished apartments.

Don't be swayed by the view. Your pipes and faucets will still leak.
