Good things here
I'm really fortunate to be living in such a well-maintained and convenient society. Having easy access to public transportation and nearby amenities like shops and supermarkets makes life incredibly convenient. The good road conditions and ample parking space add to the overall ease of living here. The cleanliness and hygiene standards are impressive, and I appreciate the efforts made for timely garbage collection and waste management. Having continuous water and electricity supply, along with quick resolution of any issues, provides peace of mind. The presence of housekeeping staff, CCTV cameras, and properly functioning lifts contribute to a safe and comfortable living environment. It's reassuring to know that the construction quality is good and that there are no issues like seepage or leakage. I'm also grateful for the absence of stray dog issues and the additional facilities like the gym, swimming pool, park, club house, and play area for kids. These amenities really enhance the quality of life in our society. Above all, the friendly and cooperative atmosphere, along with the communal celebration of cultural festivals and events, creates a strong sense of community and belonging.
Things need improvement
I find the metro station being a bit far a minor inconvenience, but overall, I'm really satisfied with my living situation. I've never faced any significant issues in my society, and honestly, I don't think any improvements are needed.

Good things here
Festival sare celebrate hoti hai. people bohot helpful hai. amenitis sare hai and achhe se maintain hoti hai. ventilation bohot achhi hai. public transport easily mil jata hai office jane ke liye. garbage collection daily hoti hai. security bohot achhi hai.
Things need improvement
Walls mai cracks ati hai, construction mareial achhi nahi hai. 10 days lagti hai agar lift kharab hoti hai toh. maintenance bohot slow hai kuchh bhi agar kharab hoti hai toh.

Good things here
The connectivity around the society is excellent, with easy access to auto rickshaws and cabs, and a nearby local market. The society boasts modern amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, and kids' play area, all of which are fully functional. Additionally, the residents are known for being cooperative and friendly.
Things need improvement
The build quality of the society is dismal, with numerous construction issues that need addressing. Unfortunately, both the metro and railway stations are not conveniently located nearby. Furthermore, maintenance facilities are lacking and require significant improvement.

The maintenance is well-managed, with a focus on cleanliness and timely building painting. The society offers a range of amenities including a gym, clubhouse, library, and pools, catering to various interests. Additionally, there's ample open space for kids to play. Overall, the residents are generally friendly, adding to the positive atmosphere of the community.
Things need improvement
It takes roughly 20 minutes to reach the metro, whether it's Mohan Nagar, Vaishali, or Electronic City. However, a downside is that they used to host parties every week, resulting in noise pollution from DJs and loud music. The frequent noisy parties somewhat impacted the otherwise pleasant experience.

Good society . too many sports facilities. Need family or girls tenant. 2 stilt parking are available to use. Fully furnished.

Good things here
Local Transports is available, maintenance is excellent, and there are no issues with water logging or water supply. The construction is very good, and I haven't faced any problems like leaks or falling plaster. There are three play grounds, a gym, a basketball court, a badminton court, and a lawn tennis court. The people here are like a family, and they are amazing.
Things need improvement
The older towers face problems like seepage and leakage, but the newly constructed ones are in good condition. There are no issues in those, and the area is pleasant and spacious. This is because they were built by a different builder.

Good things here
Metro is available nearby. Cabs and other local transport facilities are there. Cleanliness is great. CCTV Cameras and lifts are installed. People are friendly.
Things need improvement
The society does not have any problem as per now. All the facilities are there and the resident is not facing any issue.

the residency has a large with all facilities like gym, library, yoga room, conference room, banquet hall , foosball table. The staff including the guards are also very helpful and friendly. It also has a badminton court and a landscaped garden.

The society also is home to a restaurant which caters only to the residents. the society is well managed by a capable group of vigilant guards who follow strict rule and are always alert and do not allow any outsiders to come into the society without proper documentation.

The residency located on the end of indirapuram is easily accessible to residents traveling by the Delhi-Meerut expressway or NH 24. very peaceful and calm, spacious and has all the amenities that residents look for in a society like a community hall, a swimming pool, a gym etc.
