There are good schools and hospitals nearby the society, as well as chemists. Local transportation options like auto-rickshaws, cabs, Ola, and Uber are readily available. The quality of construction is excellent, with no infrastructure defects reported so far. All amenities, including allocated parking for owners and visitors, are available within the society. The society is vibrant, with functions, festivals, and cultural events regularly celebrated, fostering strong community bonds and social interactions. There is 24-hour electricity and water supply. Waste management is well-organized, with wet and dry garbage segregated by the maintenance team. Maintenance charges are around 5000 INR per month, which is reasonable considering the facilities provided. The swimming pool and water tanks are cleaned weekly, ensuring high standards�of�hygiene.
Public transport options such as metro and railway stations are not conveniently located near the society; the railway station is quite far away. Although the society offers a range of amenities, including a swimming pool, gym, garden, and clubhouse, there are extra monthly charges required to use these�facilities.

However, connectivity could use some improvement, as getting to nearby areas may take a bit longer than desired. My society has public transport easily available including autos and cabs. There are also no seepage or termite issues and each resident has designated parking. Regular garbage collection with wet and dry garbage segregation is done. My neighbours are also very supportive and cameras and security guards are available in the society.
The thing which I don't like about this society is that the shops and offices are not nearby and the plaster and construction quality could be have been better. Also sometimes there are some issues with pets but get resolved quickly.

Markets are close by, and catching an auto is convenient. There's no noise or air pollution, and maintenance is excellent. We haven't faced issues with water supply or electricity so far. Regular painting is done, and every flat has balconies. The society offers amenities like a gym, clubhouse, and swimming pools. Residents celebrate events together, and any concerns raised are swiftly resolved. The overall structure of the society is impressive, with a charming exterior that catches the eye and makes people look back again.
We encounter a minor traffic issue due to a nearby flyover, and there are some concerns with leakage, seepage, and cracks in our flats. Parking poses a significant challenge as some residents park their vehicles in inappropriate places, leading to difficulties for others.

Build quality is good as there is no issues regarding leakage and seepage in the society. All the modern amenities were available in the society like swimming pool,club house,gym,kids play area etc in the society. 24/7 water supply and electricity supply was available in the society. maintenance charges was reasonable compare to other in the society. onwers has allocated parking in the society. Society was neat,clean and well maintained.
Society is bit inside from the main road so there auto and cabs are hard to approach near by the society. There is no groccery and vegentable shop near by the society. Power back uo facilities are available for common areas only and visitors parking is quite limited in the society.

The drinking water supply in the society is reliable. The lifts are well-maintained. All modern amenities are present and well-maintained. The residents are all friendly, and festivals are celebrated in the society. Auto-rickshaws are easily available nearby.
There is visitors' parking, but visitors are not properly guided by security and often park their vehicles anywhere. The roads outside the society are not in good condition, and there is ongoing construction, causing inconvenience while coming and going. The seepage issue was resolved, but it has started again on one wall.

Facilities at Rohan Kritika which includes Gymnasium, Power Backup. Children have access to Children's Play Area, nearby apart from Swimming Pool. Ample provision for sports avenues such as Squash Court, Aerobics Room, Badminton Court, Cycling & Jogging Track. Residents will enjoy access to Restaurants/ Cafeterias, provisions in the project. It is a Gated Community. Other provisions include access to Landscaping & Tree Planting, Sewage Treatment Plant.
The main issue with the society is the seepage and water leakage issue which is quite a problematic thing. The time during monsoon makes the seepage increase to multiple folds and no action have been taken by the authority regarding the same.

Water and electricity are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. You won't have any problems here because all of the amenities are either available or close by. Surprisingly, there are a lot of schools and colleges close by, which is great for the kids because they don't have to travel far to study.

There are no concerns about the safety or security of children or the elderly. All amenities are available within the society, and there is no need to go outside of it; however, colleges, schools, hospitals, malls, and other well-known academic institutions are close by.
