Good things here
The property boasts excellent proximity to essential amenities, with a hospital just 1 kilometer away and the airport within the same distance. Schools and colleges are conveniently located just 600 meters away, while markets and public transport are within 2 kilometers. Additionally, residents can enjoy facilities such as a swimming pool, gym, and clubhouse. Street lights and other basic infrastructure are also provided.
Things need improvement
There is a slight issue with air pollution in the area.

Good things here
Buses for local transportation were easily accessible near the society. The society itself offered amenities like a gym and swimming pool. There have been no construction-related issues such as leaks or poor waterproofing.
Things need improvement
The auto connectivity was very poor, and even if you managed to find one, they often overcharged. The society didn't have facilities like a spa or tennis court. The water quality for drinking was bad. The roads were narrow.

The landlords were exceptionally supportive and understanding, with the senior citizen landlord making regular visits within 15 days to inquire about updates. The society boasts a range of amenities including a pool, gym, and kids' play area, along with ample open space. Its location is convenient, with easy access to auto rickshaws and cabs nearby. The society is equipped with a high-security system, with CCTV surveillance covering all areas. Centrally located, residents have access to everything within a 1-kilometer radius, including grocery stores, local markets, and essentials. Additionally, the airport is just 1. 5 kilometers away from the society.
Things need improvement
The construction quality of the apartment leaves much to be desired, as evidenced by issues such as leakage and seepage. Additionally, the gym area within the society is inadequately small, potentially impacting residents' access to fitness facilities.

Good things here
High security system has been provided.all the amenities are very well maintained.connectivuty is big plus,auto cabs available easily,schools hopitals are near by the society.all the festivals are being celebrated all together.good socialism.

Construction quality is not that great,leakage and seepage issues are there in the units.

Stray dogs were not allowed to enter the society.connectivity was top notch.power back up facilities has been provided.

Good things here
24/7 electricity supply and water supply.all the festivals are being celebrated all together,good socialism.connectivity of the apartment is good local transport faciilities available easily.

Society does not provided power back up facilities like solar panel and generator.

Amenities were the plus point in the soicety,club house ,gym area,kids park.swimming pool everything was provided.

Tenant has pay extra to use amenities.only 2 bhk flat owner has got allocated parking though outside the apartment there is good space to park vehicles.some of the units were facing seepage issues.

Every festival were used to celebrate there in the society. resident of the society were quite friendly and helpful nature. connectivity of the apartment is good.
Things need improvement
Maintainance system was zero like common area were very much dirty . very unhygenic maintainance. leakage and seepage issues were there. managing commitee has zero transperancy with resident,tenant was not allowed in the commitee meetings. there was nothing in the club house. societies lights are very dim.

Society was very well maintained,apartments were neat and clean,security system was great.amenities were very well maintained.connectivity was great.tenant were allowed to use all the facilities with extra charges.
Things need improvement
Visitors parking was not alloted specifically inside the campus,though there was lots of space out side the campus to park

Ambiance of the society is quite good.conectivity is great local transport easily available .maintainance of the apartment was good.power backup facilities were provided to whole society.high security system.overall the society living experience in the society is great.

There were some minor blockage issues in the apartment.power back up charges were taken from the resident which was included in maintainace.
