Good things here
Well-planned, polite staff, responsive and developing community. Multi-speciality hospital coming up right behind the colony. Schools are very nearby. New mall is also seeing growing variety of offerings

Not fully occupied yet but that also means that facilities are not overused and still feel like new. The facilities are well-maintained, the colony is cleaned meticulously
