Society mein apna personal vehicle istemal karna ya phir cabs ka istemal karna sabse achha hai. Construction quality acchi thi, har flat mein balconies aur achhi ventilation aur sunlight thi. Society mein parks, gym, clubhouse jaise amenities hai. Festivals society mein manaye jate hain, log dostana hain. Pani aur bijli ka suficient supply hai aur kachra samay par dispose aur collect hota hai. Society mein lifts bhi theek tareeke se kaam karte hain.
When I was there, there were issues with connectivity. There's no metro near the society, and you have to walk about 1. 5 km to reach the main road. Additionally, the society doesn't have a swimming pool.

I have no issues with this society. The construction is good with no leakage, seepage, cracks ventilation and termite. The maintenance is good no problem with lift or cleaning. All the amenities are available and well-maintained. The neighbourhood is friendly, and connectivity is reliable with easy access to autos and cabs.
The only problem is that the railway station and airport are far away. It can take a long time to reach them, which is inconvenient for frequent travellers. Rest everything is great here.

During my stay from 2017 to 2018, I found the maintenance to be good. The presence of CCTV cameras and well-maintained lifts added to the security. There were no issues with seepage, leakage, or water logging during that period. The society offered amenities like a gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool, which were well-maintained. The neighbors were friendly, and overall, there were no problems in the society during my time there.
Connectivity was alright, but the inconvenience of having to cross the Manesar toll for everything was a major issue. Additionally, the lack of local transportation inside the society meant we had to travel quite a distance each time, adding to the hassle.

Malls, shops, and market areas are available nearby. Basic amenities like a gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse are available in the society. Maintenance is well taken care of, with no water logging issues in the basements or roads and a proper water supply. Regular cleaning is also ensured.
I used to live earlier in the mentioned society. The Metro station was not available nearby. There were issues with construction quality, as seepage and leakage were problems that needed improvement.

The cleanliness in the society is maintained . In society festivals was celebrated by everyone .
The connectivity of the society is a bit concern as for geeting metro you have to walk for half an hour .

The connectivity of the society is very good, public transports like auto, cabs are easily available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available just outside the society. It is a very beautiful society for living. The society is always maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbage collection is done on time. Pest control is done on time. Water supply issues are not faced. Water logging issues are not faced inside or outside the society. Drainage system is good in the society. Electricity issues are not faced at all, recharchale system is followed. Power backup is available in the society. Paintings are done on time in the society. Facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, park, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. People staying in the society are friendly and cooperative in the society, cultural festivals and events are celebrated together.
The constructuion quality is average in the society, sometimes issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced in the society. Wall quality and plaster are not good. Moving in and moving out from the society is challenging for tenents, the security will approve then only you are allowed to move in or move out from the society

Other facilities like gym, swimmingpool, club house,park, play area for kids are available in the society. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbage collections are done on time in the society. No such major electricity issues are faced. Drainage system is good, water logging issues are not faced in the society. People are friendly and cooperative, cultural events and festivals are celebrated together in the society. Street dog issues are not faced. road conditions are good outside the society. CCTV is available. Lift is available and maintained properly.
The constructuion quality is not good, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced in the society. Mobile network issues are faced in the society. Maintainance charges are high as compared to other societies, maintainace of amenities needs to be improved.

The society is well equipped with all the facilities such as gym, swimming pool and clubhouses. The neighbours celebrate all the local festivals in the society itself among themselves.
The metro station is far away from the society. People use different modes of transportation such as autos or cabs to reach there.
