Public transport options such as buses, autos, and cabs are easily available, and the roads are well-maintained for smooth travel. Modern amenities like a gym and clubhouse are available and well-maintained, offering residents great options for recreation and fitness. Homes are designed with proper ventilation and high-quality plaster and fittings, contributing to a comfortable living environment. The construction quality is excellent, with no issues of seepage or termites. Our neighbors are friendly and cooperative, fostering a supportive community atmosphere. Additionally, there is regular garbage collection with proper segregation of wet and dry waste, ensuring a clean and eco-friendly environment. Elevators are installed and well-maintained, providing easy access to all floors. Overall, the combination of these facilities ensures a convenient, safe, and pleasant living experience.

As a resident of the society, I must say that everything here is absolutely great, and I have no complaints whatsoever. The living experience is excellent, and I am thoroughly satisfied with the amenities, maintenance, and overall atmosphere of the community. It's a pleasure to be part of such a well-managed and comfortable environment.

The society is well ensured with CCTV cameras and a 24/7 security guard on duty. The neighborhood is kept clean with regular garbage collection, including proper segregation of wet and dry waste. We enjoy the convenience of nearby schools, hospitals, and markets, making daily life easier. The electricity supply is reliable and available 24/7, ensuring that our routines are never disrupted. The buildings are of excellent construction quality, with no seepage or termite issues. Timely painting is done to keep the buildings looking fresh, and proper ventilation along with good plaster and fittings add to the comfort of our homes. Our community is very friendly and close-knit, with neighbors who enjoy celebrating festivals together, fostering a sense of unity and joy. Each resident has a designated parking space, and rules are followed to maintain order. The elevators are installed and well-maintained for easy access to all floors. Modern amenities such as a gym and clubhouse are available and kept in good condition, providing great options for recreation and fitness. The area boasts good connectivity, with easily accessible public transport options like buses, autos, and cabs. The roads are well-maintained, making travel smooth and convenient.
Things need improvement
The water supply is limited to tanker deliveries only in the morning and evening, which can be inconvenient for residents. However, apart from this issue, everything else is absolutely fine.

Society is just perfect in all aspects, there are no improvements required at present as the society is already very well maintained and meets all our living standards.

The quality of the roads and street lighting is commendable, contributing to safe and comfortable commutes. Every resident is allocated parking space, and the availability of functional CCTV cameras, well-maintained elevators, and security guards ensures a secure environment. Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene is a priority, with timely garbage collection and prompt resolution of any issues. Thanks to a robust drainage system, waterlogging problems are non-existent. Moreover, our society offers a range of facilities and amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, park, club house, and play area for kids, all well-maintained for residents' enjoyment. The friendly and cooperative atmosphere among residents fosters a sense of community, with cultural festivals and events celebrated together.

It's concerning to hear about the construction quality issues and the presence of seepage and damp problems in our society. Addressing these issues is crucial to ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of all residents.

The society is surrounded by multiple schools and hospitals. Auto cab facilities are easily accessible. It boasts the largest and finest complex in the Mirza Road area. Festivals and functions are celebrated grandly within the society. There is an excellent clubhouse, swimming pool, gym, turf area, garden, and walking track, all meticulously maintained. The society enjoys 24x7 electricity supply and round-the-clock security with guards and CCTVs. A MyGate app is used for verifying unfamiliar visitors, requiring owner approval before entry. Allocated parking is available for owners and visitors. The maintenance team is highly efficient in maintaining cleanliness, segregating wet and dry garbage. Pets are allowed, and all festivals from Eid to Christmas to Diwali to Holi to Republic Day are celebrated with enthusiasm. Bachelors are also permitted to live�in�the�society.
Things need improvement
The railway station is 6 km away from the society. The build quality is not great, as there are seepage problems in the society, and even plaster of paris is coming off the walls. Water supply is limited to specific time periods, available only in the morning and at night in the society. Residents typically opt for water storage systems.

Furthermore, the society ensured round-the-clock water and electricity supply, enhancing convenience for residents. The community spirit was strong, with residents displaying friendliness and helpfulness towards each other. Notably, there was no discrimination between owners and tenants, neither by the residents nor by the maintenance team, fostering an inclusive and harmonious living environment.

I believe there's room for improvement in the responsiveness of the maintenance team. It's essential for them to be more proactive in addressing residents' concerns and ensuring timely resolution of complaints without unnecessary delays.

The society is generally good, but there are a few issues that cause some inconvenience. For instance, there is a problem with the water supply as it doesn't come properly throughout the day, which is a bit bothersome. Additionally, there are some issues with seepage in certain areas, indicating that the construction quality might not be the best. Moreover, ongoing construction work around the surrounding roads causes significant traffic issues, especially due to the damaged roads, resulting in traffic�congestion.

The connectivity regarding public transport is good, with easy availability of auto-rickshaws, buses, and cabs. Additionally, the maintenance services of the society are quite good, with regular cleaning and no water-related issues. The society is well-maintained, and all amenities such as swimming pool, clubhouse, and garden are available and well-maintained.
Things need improvement
The construction quality of the society is very poor as the materials used by the builder are of very low quality. Additionally, instead of proper plastering, they have used weak POP plaster on the walls, which is peeling off from the inside, and the POP is also falling off from the corners of the walls. These are all problems related to the construction that need to be addressed. I don't have much interaction with the people in the society, so they are not very friendly. Moreover, I feel there should have been metro connectivity by now, so there should be improvement�in�this�aspect.

Good things here
Connectivity is really good as there are railway station and bus stop near by the society. Local transport facilities are also easy to approach near by the society. All the modern amenities are available in the society like swimming pool,club house,gym,kids play area etc. Build qaulity is strong as there are no fitiing and seepage regarding issues in the society. Crowd of the people is really good and helpful.
Things need improvement
As such there are no issues in the society but maintenance facilities can be little better and quick. Parking for the visitors is also not available in the society.
