The buildings are of excellent construction quality, with no seepage or termite issues. Timely painting is done to keep the buildings looking fresh, and proper ventilation along with good plaster and fittings add to the comfort of our homes. Our community is very friendly and close-knit, with neighbors who enjoy celebrating festivals together, fostering a sense of unity and joy. The society is surrounded by multiple schools and hospitals. Auto cab facilities are easily accessible. It boasts the largest and finest complex in the Mirza Road area. Festivals and functions are celebrated grandly within the society. There is an excellent clubhouse, swimming pool, gym, turf area, garden, and walking track, all meticulously maintained. The society enjoys 24x7 electricity supply and round-the-clock security with guards and CCTVs. A MyGate app is used for verifying unfamiliar visitors, requiring owner approval before entry. Allocated parking is available for owners and visitors. The maintenance team is highly efficient in maintaining cleanliness, segregating wet and dry garbage. Pets are allowed, and all festivals from Eid to Christmas to Diwali to Holi to Republic Day are celebrated with enthusiasm. Bachelors are also permitted to live�in�the�society.
The railway station is 6 km away from the society. The build quality is not great, as there are seepage problems in the society, and even plaster of paris is coming off the walls. Water supply is limited to specific time periods, available only in the morning and at night in the society. Residents typically opt for water storage systems.

The society is generally good, but there are a few issues that cause some inconvenience. For instance, there is a problem with the water supply as it doesn't come properly throughout the day, which is a bit bothersome. Additionally, there are some issues with seepage in certain areas, indicating that the construction quality might not be the best. Moreover, ongoing construction work around the surrounding roads causes significant traffic issues, especially due to the damaged roads, resulting in traffic�congestion.

The connectivity regarding public transport is good, with easy availability of auto-rickshaws, buses, and cabs. Additionally, the maintenance services of the society are quite good, with regular cleaning and no water-related issues. The society is well-maintained, and all amenities such as swimming pool, clubhouse, and garden are available and well-maintained.
The construction quality of the society is very poor as the materials used by the builder are of very low quality. Additionally, instead of proper plastering, they have used weak POP plaster on the walls, which is peeling off from the inside, and the POP is also falling off from the corners of the walls. These are all problems related to the construction that need to be addressed. I don't have much interaction with the people in the society, so they are not very friendly. Moreover, I feel there should have been metro connectivity by now, so there should be improvement�in�this�aspect.

Connectivity is really good as there are railway station and bus stop near by the society. Local transport facilities are also easy to approach near by the society. All the modern amenities are available in the society like swimming pool,club house,gym,kids play area etc. Build qaulity is strong as there are no fitiing and seepage regarding issues in the society. Crowd of the people is really good and helpful.
As such there are no issues in the society but maintenance facilities can be little better and quick. Parking for the visitors is also not available in the society.
