Good things here
Small society, nice people, excellent location, close to all required amenities like mall, school, hospital, metro etc.
Things need improvement
Nothing in general, overall property is 8 years old, hence new buyer has to spend some money on whitewash.

Good things here
The connectivity to the society is very good as there is 2 metro station at the walking distance and schools, hospital is at the radius of 3 to 4 km, and there is a small market inside the society where everything is easily avaliable
Things need improvement
The construction quality is not good as the walls are sandy and seepage can be seen at places

Good things here
There is no water logging issues during rainy season and no traffic around the society. Society is very well maintained, security system is great. All the amenities are functional and well maintained. Allocated parking space for guest and owner. Power back up has been provided.
Things need improvement
Construction quality is below average, leakage and seepage issues are there in the society.
