Adequate parking spaces are available, and the community fosters a friendly atmosphere where everyone knows each other. Festivals are celebrated together, fostering a strong sense of community. Maintenance is diligently carried out; the area is cleaned every day, garbage is collected door-to-door, and lifts operate smoothly. There's uninterrupted access to water and power 24/7, ensuring residents' comfort. Construction has never posed any issues.
The road quality in this society is severely lacking, presenting numerous potholes and uneven surfaces, making navigation challenging and posing risks to vehicles and pedestrians alike.

The societal environment in this community is excellent. There are more than 20 of plants are there , creating a very spacious feel. Connectivity is within 1 km, with ATMs, schools, bus stops, supermarkets, and milk dairies nearby. The road quality is good, and there are street lights ensuring proper visibility at night. There is ample parking space, and maintenance includes daily cleaning and door-to-door garbage collection. Water and power supply are reliable. Construction-wise, there are no issues; ample ventilation and sunlight are available in our rooms. Basic amenities like a swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, and kids' play area are provided. During the COVID times, people here are helpful and friendly.
There is an issue with the lift getting stuck in our society. Maintenance is working on resolving it promptly to ensure residents' convenience and safety.

Transportation options like cabs and autos are readily available, making commuting easy. We have reliable water and power supply, along with efficient garbage collection that separates wet and dry waste. Ventilation inside the flats is also excellent. Our society boasts well-maintained amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and kids' play area. Access to hospitals and grocery shops is convenient for everyone.
The construction quality leaves much to be desired, as many flats are plagued by seepage and leakage issues, causing inconvenience for residents. Additionally, the maintenance charges in the society are quite high, which adds to the financial burden for residents.

Power backup is not available in the society. There is frequent water logging on the terrace, which is very inconvenient. Maintenance of the lifts in the society is not good; the lifts require frequent repairs.

Hospitals like Apollo, Narayana, and Motherhood are available within 1 km from the society, which is very convenient for emergencies. Additionally, there are two schools nearby the society. There are 4-5 supermarkets inside the society, which is very convenient for grocery shopping. We can celebrate every festival in the society, such as New Year, Makara Sankranthi, January 26th, August 15th, Diwali, Navaratri, as a family.
There is too much traffic near the society, which is very inconvenient. Construction quality is not very good in the society; there are some leakages in walls and seepage issues in bathrooms, which is very inconvenient. Cleaning outside of the society is not good; it is very inconvenient.

Even though I left three years ago, the society remains an affordable option for upper-middle-class individuals. Its connectivity is excellent, especially being close to Electronic City. Right outside the society, there's a convenient bus stop, and adjacent to the building, you'll find a supermarket and grocery store. Within just 1 km, there�s easy access to a Wipro office, an ATM, and a petrol bunk. The road quality is commendable, with functional street lights and ample parking space available. Daily housekeeping ensures cleanliness, with wet and dry garbage collected separately. The lift is operational, adding to the convenience. The people in the surrounding area are friendly, often gathering on weekends, festivals, and during events. As for amenities, there's a swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, walking track, and community hall for residents to enjoy. Construction-wise, it's solid, with no complaints about cracks or structural issues.
The society unfortunately isn't pet-friendly, and the maintenance costs are on the higher side. Despite its excellent amenities and prime location, these factors could deter potential residents.
