Public transportation options like buses are readily available within walking distance from the society. The people in the society are very friendly and cooperative. The water facility is top-notch, ensuring a reliable water supply to residents. Additionally, there is a power backup system in place to address any electricity outages. Garbage collection is efficiently managed in the society. Moreover, connectivity options such as cabs and autos are easily accessible, especially if we book Ola and Uber. Hospitals are conveniently located nearby, within a walkable distance of a few kilometers, ensuring easy access to medical care. Furthermore, amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and badminton court are well-maintained within the society.
The construction quality in the society is very poor, with evident seepage issues in the bathrooms and malfunctioning fuses. Additionally, there are leaks in the windows during rainy weather, causing inconvenience to residents. The roads within the society are not well-maintained, exacerbating transportation challenges. Parking is extremely congested, further adding to the inconvenience for residents.

We have a lot of open space, ideal for evening walks amidst abundant greenery, creating a pleasant atmosphere in our society with minimal pollution. Connectivity-wise, within 1 km, there are supermarkets, grocery stores, schools, hospitals, and a petrol bunk. The road conditions are good, with functional street lights and ample parking space. Amenities include a cricket pitch, playground, swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, walking track, and community hall. Maintenance is carried out daily with proper cleaning and garbage collection. There are no issues with water and power supply, and the lifts are operational. The surrounding people are friendly and cooperative.
The road quality in their society is poor, presenting challenges to residents and visitors alike due to its deteriorated condition, which affects accessibility and safety within the area.

The construction quality here is top-notch with no seepage or termite issues. The apartments have excellent ventilation, good plaster, and fittings. The gym is well-maintained with proper equipment, and there's also a swimming pool. Connectivity is great, with easy access to public transport like buses, autos, and cabs. There's a school, hospital, and market nearby. Each resident has designated parking, and the electricity and water supply are reliable. The neighbors are friendly and cooperative, and even the tenants don't cause any trouble. Regular garbage collection with proper segregation of wet and dry waste is another plus.
Everything was up to the mark, though the swimming pool is a bit small compared to the number of residents. Other than that, the society is excellent, so much so that I bought my own apartment there.

The elevators are installed and well-maintained, and there are CCTV cameras and security guards available. Garbage collection is regular with proper wet and dry segregation. We have 24/7 electricity and water supply, designated parking for each resident, and modern amenities like a gym and clubhouse that are well-maintained. The neighbours are very nice and friendly, always looking out for each other. Plus, there's a school, hospital, and market nearby.
I've been dealing with a persistent seepage issue. I had it repaired, but it came back. Despite breaking the walls and checking everywhere, I still can't figure out where the seepage is coming from, especially in the floor, walls, and kitchen. Additionally, there's a problem with cockroaches.

The community is well-connected, with buses and autorickshaws arriving on time. It doesn't take long for locals to get to these. The building of the society is of high quality; there are no leaks or seepage problems wherever. Excellent security is also provided by the building's strength and lack of cracks, as well as the constant presence of guards.
Residents are not able to use these recreational and fitness facilities. The community's convenience and general quality of life are impacted by this lack of amenities. Essential facilities including a clubhouse, gym, pool, garden, and parks are absent from the community.

There are no dogs on the streets and parking is not a problem in the community. Lifts operate efficiently. All the amenities, including a clubhouse, gardens, parks, a gym, and a swimming pool, are available in the society. When required, the neighbours are equally kind and supportive.
The maintenance in the society is not very good, and cleanliness is not always timely. The cleanliness standards are not consistently maintained, and there are areas where garbage accumulates, causing inconvenience to residents.

This neighborhood is perfect for leisurely strolls and relaxing evenings at the nearby park. Plus, when summer rolls around, there's nothing better than cooling off in the pool. Living here is a total win!
In our community, we really need to focus on improving the efficiency and sustainability of our reusable water drainage system. It's crucial for the well-being of our environment and future generations.

Society's connectivity is excellent due to the presence of supermarkets, a bus stop, a clinic, and several small hotels within walking distance. Additionally, a few schools, hospitals, and petrol stations are located within 1 to 2 kilometers. Amenities such as a badminton court, a basketball play area, a children's play area, and a clubhouse, which includes facilities like a gym, a function hall, and guest rooms, are well-maintained and easily accessible to all residents. Maintenance services such as MANJEERA water supply and reliable power backups are available for everyone, and cleanliness standards are excellent. Furthermore, there is a committee in place to organize and celebrate various festivals.
Society consists of a total of around 265 flats. Only a few, approximately 8 to 9 flats, have some minor seepage issues, and the society's roads are also not in good condition.

In this society, connectivity is good, with supermarkets like VIJETHA and RELIANCE, as well as everyday vegetable stalls, easily accessible. There are also a few schools located nearby. Amenities such as the clubhouse, gym, guest rooms, swimming pool, play area, park, and walking paths are well-maintained and available for residents. All festivals are celebrated together. Monthly maintenance charges are reasonable, and there are no problems related to construction quality.
The community is experiencing shortages in essential facilities like solar power, along with concerns regarding mosquito-related issues.

The society is experiencing traffic issues due to ongoing flyover construction nearby, causing inconvenience to residents and affecting accessibility to and from the area.
