Connectivity with cabs and autos is available in the city. If we book Ola and Uber, they are readily available. Parking is preferred and spacious in the society. The water facility is very good, and power backup is also available in the society. Garbage collection is very good; they collect daily in the society. There are online food delivery services like Swiggy and Zomato available in the society. Maintenance charges are reasonable at around 1700, and we are paying them without any issues. Ceiling aesthetics are very good. Security is very good; we can use the MyGate application in the society. Construction quality is very good; there are no issues like seepages and leaks in the society.
Amenities like swimming pools, gyms, table tennis, they are not available in the vicinity. Public transportation like buses is not available nearby. There is no power backup available in the vicinity; there are electrical issues. Hospitals are available around 3 kilometers away, which is very inconvenient.

The society has a lot of greenery with numerous plants and trees, creating a pleasant atmosphere. Connectivity-wise, within 1 km, there are schools, hospitals, bus stops, grocery stores, with good road conditions and functional street lights. Ample parking space is available. Maintenance is well-managed by the current association, with regular cleaning of floors and daily garbage collection. There is good water and power supply, and lift maintenance is well-handled. Amenities such as a gym, clubhouse, children's play area, walking track, and community hall are also present. The community members are friendly and cooperative.
It's challenging to travel outside without a personal vehicle due to limited public transportation options, affecting mobility for residents relying on alternative transport.

People in the society are quite friendly , they celebrate all the festivals together. No issues like leakage , seepage or cracks in the building . Good water , electricity supply and proper garbage collection. Amenities like swimming pool, gym , club house and park are available in the society. Good security and parking facilities. Society has good connectivity with availability of cabs , autos and public transport nearby.
No issues in the society at all, its a great society to live in . I am completely satisfied with all the amenities available and the maintenance of society is quite great . Issues are resolved quickly .

Maintenance services are very good, with reliable power backup available. Amenities are well-maintained, and security measures in place are commendable. Shops are conveniently located within 1-2 kilometers. Every maintenance issue is promptly addressed, ensuring a comfortable living environment. The greenery around the estate is well-maintained and adds to the pleasant atmosphere.
There's some traffic near society, which is very severe. Public transportation is available, with bus stops located about 2-3 kilometers away, which is very convenient. Maintenance should be improved.

As a resident, I have to be honest, there are some drawbacks. Maintenance can be inconsistent at times, and there have been occasional issues with the sewage system and low network connectivity. These can be frustrating.

For example, I've encountered problems with maintenance issues leaky faucets, and malfunctioning appliances. My flat had good ventilation and received ample sunlight. Local transport was easily accessible. Festivals were celebrated together by all residents. The lifts were maintained.
The society had issues with leakage, seepage, and drainage. Cleanliness was not up to the mark, and there were occasional issues with the water supply. The society did not have any modern amenities.
