Auto rickshaws and cabs are readily available at the society gate. Nearby, there are grocery shops and vegetable markets. Garbage collection happens daily. The elevator also functions well. Ventilation is adequate in every flat, and all amenities are well-maintained.
The metro and buses were quite far from the society, making it difficult for us to commute to the office and travel. Sometimes, we couldn't find an electrician or plumber on time.

The well-maintained club and spacious playground provide excellent areas for recreation and socializing. They offer a great space to unwind and connect with others in the community.
One aspect that I find inconvenient is the limited public transport options in the area. It can be challenging for residents who depend on public transport for their daily commute.

This society is one of the best in our area. It boasts the largest green area, which is a rare find nearby. Well-maintained and with excellent amenities, including two swimming pools, it offers top-notch living standards. The construction quality is commendable, with well-ventilated flats adding to the comfort. Maintenance is excellent, with regular cleaning and garbage collection ensuring a tidy environment. Additionally, the well-maintained lifts and good security further enhance the overall appeal of the society. Overall, it's an excellent place to live.
The ongoing road construction around the society is a positive development, although I believe further widening would greatly enhance the infrastructure. Apart from that, there are no other issues to report; everything else in and around the society is very good.

While the connectivity around the society is acceptable, the absence of a nearby metro station and the often poor condition of the roads present notable challenges for residents. Despite this, maintenance services are generally provided punctually, although it's worth noting that the maintenance charges in our society are comparatively high when compared to neighboring communities.

The maintenance services in the society were commendable; the society was well-maintained with regular cleaning, and all amenities such as the gym, garden, clubhouse, and swimming pool were available and well-maintained. Initially, the connectivity of the society was poor, but it has improved significantly now, with the roads being fixed, leading to better infrastructure overall.
In my experience, the seepage issue in the balcony area was a major problem that never got resolved permanently. Despite repairs, the problem would recur, leading to seepage again. Additionally, there was a rule in the society against running the DG set, which meant we didn't get power backup when needed, causing significant inconvenience. These were significant issues that I had to face in the society.

Roads transportation is good,cab and auto can easily available near to the societ. people are friendly.
There should be a small shopping area inside the society for their daily grocery or shopping.
