I have been living in Concorde Spring Meadows for the past year and I must say it's been a wonderful experience. The location is convenient with easy access to schools, hospitals, and shopping centers.

I have been staying in this project and overall it is a good experience but I must say that they are charging really high maintenance cost in this society. That too when maintenance service needs lot of improvement. Also monsoon means some waterlogging although safety quotient is good for neighborhood. Construction quality complaint is there in some flats which I hope developer will check. Otherwise, mobile tower is good but construction noise sometimes disturbs my children’s online classes and my online meetings.

Okayish experience to be honest to myself. While I am happy with the amenities they promised like Multipurpose Play Court, Dining, Carrom, Coffee, Gymnasium, Table Tennis, Party Hall, Cards Room, Sauna, Foosball Table, Pool, Chess, Poker Table, Conference , Provision for Convenience Store, Indoor Games. Mobile network has not given problem till now. Monsoon waterlogging issue is there and maintenance should be better. They are anyway charging a lot. Also we have not got municipal water so authority should look into this. I will give 50-50 rating to the project overall. Just hope it keeps improving in future.

Concorde spring meadows suffer from some issues like no municipal water and also the maintenance cost is very expensive. Maintenance should improve and construction quality also. Heavy monsoon means some water accumulation in area but safety level is very good and so is mobile network for me at least. But Concorde spent an enormous amount of resources to build its masterpiece, i.e, these magnificent apartments in Tumkur road. WFH is also hassle-free since locality is quiet and peaceful.

Concorde spring meadows has satisfied me overall. I like the safety in the area. Living in a designer home yet being miles away from the city infrastructure makes life rather inconvenient. On the flip side, living in the heart of the city at the cost of space crunch speaks more discomfort than peace.obile towers.mWhat you will not like is the high charge for maintenance and the issue with municipal water supply. Construction quality issue also remains in some units. If rainfall is heavy then some water may also accumulate. But these are not such big issues for me.

I think they should have sorted out some basic issues at the project. They should not have charged such high maintenance fee if they did not provide that level of maintenance. Should have taken steps to bring municipal water but thankfully mobile tower is good enough to keep going. Yet, if you look at overall proposition it is not bad. I mean location on Hesaraghatta Main Road is safe and secure. Overall safety and security is good enough although some monsoon waterlogging issues will be there.
