Good things here

I moved out of this society around 3 years ago. During my time there, the society was in the development stage, so all the constructions were new. Because of this, there were no complaints about seepage issues. The connectivity of the society is also good, making it easy to commute to places like IT parks, international schools, numerous clinics, and supermarkets. Transportation facilities are good, with a nearby bus stop and easy availability of cabs. The parking options are ample, with no problems encountered in finding parking. Additionally, the maintenance is good due to the new committee in charge. Overall, all aspects of the society are quite satisfactory.

Things need improvement

While the society offers several amenities, there are certain areas that require improvement. The construction quality is not up to par, evidenced by seepage issues in the bathrooms. Furthermore, the main road is considerably distant from the society, impacting accessibility to facilities. These shortcomings detract slightly from the overall appeal of the community.

Additionally, there are no issues such as seepage problems. Connectivity is also commendable, with hospitals like Apollo easily accessible around 200 meters from the main gate, and several schools within a 500-meter radius. Transportation facilities, including buses and cab services, are readily available. Moreover, amenities such as a swimming pool, community hall, gym, and ample open space for walking are provided. The society is situated away from the main road, ensuring a peaceful environment. The association frequently organizes events and programs in which everyone actively participates in celebrations

The maintenance facilities such as collect garbage from the residents but do not dispose of it regularly, which causes issues with cleanliness. Additionally, some residents' pets, particularly large dogs, are causing problems because they scare children.

The amenities of the society are standout features, including beautiful play areas for kids, a swimming pool, a spacious gym equipped with modern machinery, a clubhouse, indoor games, a mini theatre, and a park. The connectivity is also excellent, with a bus stop conveniently located just in front of the society and easy access to the main road. Maintenance facilities are top-notch, with regular cleaning and efficient power backups provided in all flats. Security systems are robust, with a sufficient number of staff and CCTV systems installed throughout the society.

You can do shopping from the nearby malls, shops which are just few minutes’ walk away. Everything is available easily even good colleges, shops and other facilities are available. Enough parking space along with good connectivity and well-constructed houses tempts you to stay here. Security and safety of the residents is never compromised as there are CCTV cameras, security guards and street lights alongside the road and police patrolling is regularly done.

Minutes away from key destinations - Adyar, Thiruvanmiyur, Perungudi, SEZ, etc. There are lots of parks, open areas and lush greenery which make the environment perfect for a healthy lifestyle. The hill station premium location further enhances the beauty of this place. Here, cricket court, jogging tracks, swimming pool is beneficial for the residents. Lot of parking space is there and there are no traffic jams in the area the only thing is that it is quite far from Mumbai but you can easily reach here with your own car in no time.

Also, the maintenance is done on a regular basis so, you can also enjoy the green parks and all other amenities like swimming pool, gym, golf course, shops and it even have ATMs right inside. The roads are well built and maintained. The safety and security of the residents is also taken care well as there are CCTV cameras installed everywhere along with professional guard support.

Everything is good in this project right from the well-constructed roads to safety of the residents along with the amenities such as grocery shop, gym, pool, jogging tracks, etc. Within the society, there are green parks, jogging parks, swimming pools, gyms, and other amenities. Another advantage of this society is the minimal maintenance charges and clean internal roads with trees planted for lush greenery.

Doshi Risington is IGBC Certified.The clubhouse is also available, which is 2.32K sq.m. Connectivity is good that it takes very less time to reach the bus or auto stand or even book a cabs as they find it easy to reach this place within quickly. There are no safety issues because of CCTV cameras and security officials who are always attentive. Reasonable prices with complete safety for the senior citizens and kids. Within the society, there are green parks, jogging parks, swimming pools, gyms, and other amenities. Another advantage of this society is the minimal maintenance charges and clean internal roads with trees planted for lush greenery. Homes are spacious, well built and provides a nice view. Whether its connectivity or safety this place is desirable also because of greenery that you find here.
