Near colleges lie Kristu Jyoti and Garden City College. All the facilities are available inside the premises at a walking distance. The flats are available at reasonable cost. The management is also responsive and quickly deliver the results. There are lots of shops, parks, jogging tracks and large green area is good for healthy living. The roads are well connected and everything is nearby like you can go to the nearest mall in few minutes only.

KR Puram is only 7-10 km away from commercial parks on ITPL Main Rd and Brookefield in Whitefield. Good security arrangements with regular police patrolling makes it overall a safer place for the residents. Homes are spacious and good fittings in the bathroom and kitchen along with large windows to allow fresh air and sunlight. No electricity or water related problems are there. However, the markets, schools, colleges, hospitals, malls and shopping complexes are nearby. No traffic or connectivity problems.
