This is a 7-acre project, and the society's greatest advantage is its proximity to the industrial area. The metro station is approximately 200 meters from the society, with a bus stand also conveniently located within a 1km radius. The area is pleasantly uncrowded, with a peaceful environment. Noteworthy amenities include a clubhouse, gym, volleyball play area, and mini-golf course. Additionally, ample parking and open spaces are available. Society maintenance is excellent, with daily cleaning and a reliable water supply. The maintenance charges are reasonable, and there are robust power backup options. The association was recently formed, and its members are proactive and helpful, swiftly addressing residents' concerns. The constructions are new, with no quality issues, and provide good ventilation.
I moved out of that society around 2 and a half years ago. During my time there, the society was not pet-friendly. There were separate groups for pet owners and non-pet owners. Additionally, during heavy rains, the parking area would fill up with water, which was also problematic.

A grocery shop within the society and nearby clinics cater to daily needs and emergencies. Hospitals within 1-2 kilometers further add to the convenience. Reliable 24/7 water facilities and power backup contribute to a comfortable living environment. The commendable garbage collection system efficiently separates wet and dry waste, addressing sanitation needs effectively.
Parking congestion is a concern for me in the parking area, which can be inconvenient. However, the maintenance charges, around 3. 75 rupees per square foot, are excellent and provide good value. The traffic outside the society adds to the inconvenience and detracts from the overall experience.

Connectivity like cabs and auto-rickshaws is easily available in the main areas, and if we book Ola or Uber, they will be available on the main roads of the society. Maintenance is very good; the water facility is available 24/7 in the society, and power backup is also available. Garbage collection is very good; they collect daily in the society. People are very good; the community is very close-knit. For every block, there are 2 lifts, and their maintenance is very good. Metro stations are near the society, within a 300-meter radius. Hospitals are available within 1 km of the society. Amenities near the society are easily accessible for everything. It is a very peaceful environment in the flats.
Construction quality is not good; there are some external issues like car cracks in the area, and the road quality should be improved in the society. Maintenance charges are expensive, around 4 rupees, which we are paying in the society. There are also some complaints about construction, like some leaks in bathrooms.

Maintenance charges are reasonable in the society. Parking spaces are very spacious; there are visitor parking areas for 138 cars in the society. Amenities like swimming pools, clubhouse, gym, tennis courts, and football courts are available and well-maintained. It is a premium apartment, so it's very good.
Construction quality is average, with some minor issues in the society, like external cracks, and the overall quality is not very good. Road quality should be improved inside the society.

Within a 500-meter radius of the residential area, there are convenient bus stops, grocery stores, milk dairies, and a variety of other essential amenities. Just a bit further, within a 3-kilometer radius, there's a school, a petrol bunk, and restaurants. The streets are well-lit, ensuring safety during the night. Ample parking space is available within the community. Residents can enjoy various amenities such as a swimming pool, kids' play area, walking track, clubhouse, and gym. The surrounding community is known for its friendly atmosphere, and maintenance is top-notch with daily cleaning and efficient garbage disposal. Elevators are in proper working condition, ensuring smooth mobility for residents. Construction quality is excellent, with no cracks on walls, and rooms are well-ventilated for comfort.
The roads in the society have potholes, which need immediate attention to ensure smooth and safe transportation for residents and visitors alike.

We're fortunate to have a vast open space for evening walks, surrounded by lush greenery that enhances the beauty of our towers. Convenience is key, as we're just 500 meters from the metro station, with supermarkets, grocery stores, and a bus stop nearby. The road quality is excellent, complemented by functional streetlights ensuring visibility and safety. Our community offers a wide range of amenities, including table tennis, a basketball court, a children's play area, a walking track, a swimming pool, a gym, and a clubhouse. Maintenance is exemplary, with daily cleaning, efficient garbage collection, and uninterrupted water and power supply. Plus, our friendly neighbors contribute to a welcoming atmosphere.
Winter sunlight and limited parking space, especially for two-wheelers, are significant concerns within the society. Finding adequate parking can be challenging, adding to the inconvenience for residents.

The society has good connectivity with autos, buses, and metro nearby. It has all modern amenities and is well-maintained. Cleanliness is maintained well, and we receive water supply 24/7. The residents are cooperative. The lifts are maintained properly, and there are no issues of leakage or seepage in my flat.
In the society, there is a slight issue of seepage in the common areas and the car parking area. The maintenance charges are comparatively high compared to other societies. The roads outside the society are narrow, leading to traffic jams. The quality of the bathroom floor is not good. While my flat does not have any seepage or leakage issues, other flats in the society do.

Society's ambiance is excellent, with ample open space within the community. The committee is well-organized, overseeing various events and programs efficiently. Maintenance is also commendable, as issues are addressed promptly, and there are no water supply problems. Amenities such as a clubhouse, swimming pool, outdoor games area, and a mini-golf play area are available and well maintained.
Residents occasionally face leakage issues. Additionally, the addition of an LPG gas line would be an advantage for the residents.
