Good things here
The atmosphere in the society is excellent, and it's very well-maintained. Despite being outside the city, the metro stations offer easy access without the congestion typical of urban areas. The proximity to the Pune highway ensures everything is conveniently reachable from the society. Having an Ikea shopping mall within a 50-meter radius adds to the convenience. The business quality is exceptional, and the builder has executed everything excellently. Amenities are not only valuable but also maintained very well. With a land area of 1. 5 acres, there's plenty of greenery and free space around the society. Nearby hospitals within a 500-meter radius are extremely convenient. Public transportation is readily available in front of the society, and there are even buses available inside. The presence of a national public school nearby adds to the convenience. Overall, the project is excellent, and the maintenance ensures everything remains in top-notch condition.
Things need improvement
Despite the abundance of facilities nearby in the city, it's notable that there's minimal pollution and vehicular noise in the area.

Good things here
Connectivity, including cabs and autos, is easily available if we book through Ola and Uber. People here are very friendly and respectful. Amenities include a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and kids' play area, all of which are well-maintained. The greenery throughout the society is very pleasant. Everything is accessible, making life very convenient. Overall maintenance in the society is very good. Hospitals are nearby, around 2-3 kilometers from the society. Facilities like grocery stores, supermarkets, clinics, medical shops, banks, and ATMs are all available within walking distance, which is very convenient.
Things need improvement
Maintenance is expensive in the society nowadays because of water scarcity; there is no borewell in the society. Parking is congested in the basement, and there is limited visitor parking as well.

The road quality is good, street lights are working, and there is ample parking space. Maintenance is well-handled by the association, with proper cleaning and daily garbage collection. The water and power supply are reliable, and the lifts function properly. Regular painting is done. Amenities include carroms, table tennis, children's play area, gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, walking track, and community hall. The construction is solid with no wall leakages. Surrounding residents are friendly and cooperative.
Things need improvement
The road quality within the society is poor, causing inconvenience to residents. Urgent measures are needed to improve road conditions, ensuring safe and smooth travel for everyone.

There are ample green spaces, creating a serene environment, along with numerous walking areas and parks that enhance the overall aesthetic. Water facilities operate smoothly 24/7, and there is reliable power backup. Garbage collection is efficient, with separate disposal of wet and dry waste handled within the society.
Things need improvement
The maintenance costs in the society are very high, which is inconvenient for residents. Additionally, there are significant traffic issues outside the society.

The flats are well-built, spacious, and well-ventilated, with no issues like leaks. The main door locks are secure. Maintenance is good, with servants and maids available. There are 20 members, and everything works fine with water, power, and the lift. Amenities like a swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, and playground are available. Ordering online is easy with quick delivery. The roads are good, and there's enough parking space. People are friendly and get along well.
Things need improvement
In their society, traffic is a nightmare, with roads constantly congested and movement stifled by gridlock. It's a frustrating reminder of urban sprawl and the lack of proper infrastructure.
