Good things here
Connectivity via cabs and autos is highly convenient in our society, especially when booked through Ola and Uber. The construction quality is excellent, with no gaps or edges in the infrastructure. Amenities such as the swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, and kids' play area are not only available but also well-maintained, enhancing our lifestyle. Parking space is ample within the society, although there is no designated visitor parking area. Nearby hospitals provide convenient access in case of emergencies. We benefit from reliable water facilities and consistent power backup. Occasional celebrations organized within the community add to the enjoyment and camaraderie among residents.
Things need improvement
This year, traffic congestion has become severe in our society. Improving road quality is essential for enhancing safety and addressing the current traffic challenges effectively.

The greatest advantage of this community lies in its proximity to schools in the surroundings and the abundance of greenery, characterized by the presence of numerous trees.
Things need improvement
The sole drawback is that maintenance costs are relatively high in this community due to the lower number of families, and some flats remain unoccupied.

The connectivity of the society is excellent, with nearby supermarkets and medical stores easily accessible within a distance of 200 meters from the society. Additionally, the society is conveniently situated near the main road, ensuring easy access to cabs and autos. Maintenance facilities within the society are top-notch, with residents experiencing no issues related to water or electricity. The cleaning services are also exceptional, with daily floor cleaning. Moreover, the society has good amenities such as a gym and a small play area, all of which are well-maintained. There are no parking problems within the society. The society's security is also good with CCTV systems.
Things need improvement
The construction quality of the society is not great because there are some minor leakage issues, and there are also cracks on the walls.

The amenities are good but the clubhouse is quite small, it should be a little bigger and the road outside the block should be well maintained. they dont have club house and sports facility amenities are not good

It's a fantastic society to live in. All important facilities, such as supermarkets, cities, schools, and markets, are very close by. It appears to be a safe and calm environment for families. Gachibowli and Hyderabad City are both easily accessible. The apartments are spacious and have nice interiors. CCTV is installed in all places. The only issue noticed is that there are less food establishments around. The Delhi Public School is very close by.
