Good things here
Living in this housing society offers one of the most beautiful and mesmerizing views I've experienced. The location provides a scenic backdrop that enhances daily life and makes it a joy to come home to. The amenities available within the society are also appreciated, providing comfort and convenience to residents. The surroundings are well-maintained, creating a pleasant environment that contributes to a high quality of living.
Things need improvement
There are significant concerns regarding safety and management within the housing society. The absence of a fire drill or emergency preparedness plan is alarming and poses a serious risk to residents' safety in case of emergencies. This oversight is compounded by what residents describe as poor management, which affects various aspects of daily life, including maintenance and response to issues. Residents express frustration with management's lack of efficiency and responsiveness, which detracts from an otherwise pleasant living experience. The tragic incident of people dying in a fire underscores the urgent need for improved safety measures and management practices within the society. Addressing these safety and management issues is crucial to improving overall resident satisfaction and ensuring a safer environment for everyone in the housing society.

Good things here
The housing society enjoys a wonderful community spirit with friendly and humble neighbours. Security is reliable with guards available, ensuring safety. Connectivity is excellent with convenient public transport options like buses, autos, and cabs, coupled with well-maintained roads. Garbage collection is efficient with proper segregation. Nearby amenities including schools, hospitals, and markets add to the convenience. Each resident has designated parking, and rules are adhered to. Elevators are in good condition, and there's uninterrupted electricity and water supply. The construction quality is outstanding, with no issues of seepage or termites, ensuring good ventilation and quality fittings. Modern amenities like the gym and clubhouse are well-maintained and accessible.
Things need improvement
Unfortunately, the society is plagued by noise and air pollution due to traffic issues. Opening another gate, like gate no. 9, could alleviate traffic congestion and improve access for vehicles, which currently poses a challenge.

Good things here
The overall experience here is positive with great connectivity and solid construction, and a fantastic neighbourhood. Mostly everything is satisfactory, making it a good place to live.
Things need improvement
Although the connectivity, maintenance, construction quality, and neighborhood are great, the pool water quality and condition of the badminton court are below expectations. Addressing these issues would enhance the recreational amenities and overall satisfaction for residents.

Good things here
Connectivity is big plus in the society,local railway station is at walkable distance and even though auto and cabs are easily available. Crowd of the society is of good gentry and friendly in nature.
Things need improvement
There is lots of pest control issues like rats and termides. build quality of the building is so poor,leakage and seepage issues are there. kids play area is not well maintained like there is no cleaniness and most of the play toys are damaged.

This Residence has superior connectivity to the city as well. The highways and metro Stations are so close to this apartment and this area enjoys connectivity with Elphinstone Railway Station. It has lots of multi-speciality hospitals like KEM Hospital, Tata Memorial Hospital, Wadia Hospital are located at the very least distance. Some of the top international brands like Jimmy Choo, Burberry, Hugo, Boss etc are so near to this apartment. The renowned schools, markets, IT companies, gyms and parlours, medical stores, essential products stores are also available at a stone's throw distance from my residence as well.
