The transportation and connectivity around the society is pretty good, auto, cabs are easily available around the society. The road quality outside the society is perfectly fine, street lights are properly functional. The maintainance services are very good in the society. Garbage collections are done on time. Water supply and electricity is available for 24*7 in the society, there are no such issues faced regarding it. The issues are resolved on time when raised to the management department. People staying in the society are friendly and cooperative in the society, cultural festivals and events are celebrated together. The society is pet friendly, pet related issues are not faced as such.
There is no parking area provided in the society. There are no nearby Markets, grocery, schools, mall, restaurants available around the society. Some times mobile network issues happens a lot in the society. The constructuion quality is not too good in the society, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced in my flat in the society. For the past 4 years there is no painting and water proofing done in the society. There are no fire exits available in the society in terms of emergency. There are no amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area for kids available in the society.

Near the society, auto rickshaws were easily accessible, providing convenient transportation options. The walls were free from cracks, indicating good construction quality. All modern amenities within the society were available and well-maintained, contributing to the residents' comfort. The friendly atmosphere among residents fostered a sense of community, and festivals were celebrated with enthusiasm. The society boasted a continuous water supply and maintained cleanliness throughout. With sufficient parking for both visitors and residents, traffic issues were non-existent.
Unfortunately, the local railway station was not conveniently located near the society. Additionally, there was a slight issue with leakage and seepage in my flat, requiring attention.

While your flat may not be directly affected, nearby areas experience seepage and leakage problems, which could potentially spread or worsen if not addressed promptly.

This society, crafted by the Lodha Group, is nestled in a tranquil location near Majiwada. Living here offers a luxurious experience with excellent security. There's ample space for children to play and for seniors to relax. The well-maintained gardens add to the charm, cleaned daily. Electricity is reliable, and high-speed elevators are available. Parking space is abundant for your vehicles.
The negative aspects include traffic congestion, especially in the Majiwada area and pollution issue. High property rates make it unaffordable for many people. During monsoons, waterlogging on roads is a common problem.

The water supply is reliable with no issues. The society maintains cleanliness well, and there are no problems with leakage or seepage, nor are there any wall cracks. All modern amenities are available and in good condition. The residents are cooperative, and pets are allowed. Additionally, bachelors are welcome. Autos and buses are conveniently available near the society.
Unfortunately, the roads outside the society are in poor condition and aren't well maintained. Additionally, the local railway station isn't nearby, which might inconvenience residents who rely on train transportation.

Currently, there are no issues with the power supply. Garbage collection is efficient and reliable, with timely pickups. Each house has dedicated parking spaces, supplemented by visitor parking spots. The lifts are well-maintained and in good condition. The area boasts good connectivity, making transportation easy. Residents can enjoy the swimming pool and gym facilities provided within the community.
The recent change in management may introduce uncertainty or potential disruptions to the community as residents adjust to new policies or procedures.

Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available outside the society. Parking spaces are available in the society. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbages collection is done on time. Water supply is good in the society. Drinking water is avilable for 24*7 in the society. No such electricity issues are faced in the society. Power backup is avilable in the society. Drainage system is good in the society, water logging issues are not faced. Pest control was done on time. Paintings and water proofings are done on time. The constructuion quality is good, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. CCTV is avilable. Security system is good in the society. Security guards are available. Security apps are used in the society. Other facilities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, parks, play area for kids are available in the society. Open spaces are available in the society. The society is safe at night for kids and women. People are friendly and cooperative in the society, cultural festivals and events are celebrated together.

Miantennace is upto the par and when it comes to connectivity, most of the auto rickhsaw are easily available after 2-3 mins wait times. The lifts and security check looks like they are taking care of it. Nieghbors are co-ordial
When it comes to havign enough area for walking and in general carpet area, the society alcks that along with basic amenities likes swimming pool and gym acccess

Safe secure and luxurious property to stay in. It is centrally placed with good connectivity to Mumbai and Navi Mumbai. There are several malls within a km distance.
Nothing, the society is well connected to other parts of the city. There are no power cut issues in the Thane area and many shops in and around the locality.
