Auto, bus, rikshaws, cabs are easily accessible outside the society. The connectivity is very convinient. Auto stand is nearby. Market areas, grocery store, schools, restaurants all are nearby the society. Garbage collection is done on time. The constructuion quality is good in the society, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. Flats are very well ventilated. People staying in the society are friendly and cooperative in the society. No major electricity issues are faced in the society. Security guards are always available. Lifts are available and it is maintained properly in the society. 2 lifts in every building. There are no pet and stray dogs related issues in the society. Other facilities and amenities like gym, park, club house, play area for kids are available in the society.
Unfortunately, we don't have a swimming pool, and I feel that cleaning and maintenance could be better managed. It's frustrating that residents are often left to resolve issues on their own, with little responsibility taken by the society management. One thing that's particularly disappointing is the lack of cultural activities and festivals being celebrated. I believe these events are important for fostering a sense of community and providing opportunities for residents to come together outside of work life. Additionally, the water logging issues near the main gate during the rainy season are concerning and need to be addressed to prevent inconvenience and potential hazards for residents.

The society benefits from round-the-clock water and electricity supply, ensuring convenience for residents. Cleanliness and hygiene standards are well-maintained within the society. While amenities like a clubhouse, gym, kids play area, and park are provided, a swimming pool may be absent. Festivals are joyfully celebrated by the community, which is known for its cooperative spirit. The property's highway touch enhances connectivity, despite the lack of a swimming pool. Drainage issues are non-existent, and the society's safety is ensured by 24-hour security personnel and CCTV surveillance throughout�the�premises.
The major concern regarding this society is the lack of nearby public transport facilities, such as the absence of a metro station and the railway station being 1. 5 km away. Additionally, there are no malls or restaurants in the vicinity. Although there have been minor issues with leakage and seepage, the maintenance team has addressed them. Furthermore, there is no designated visitor parking, and even the parking spaces allotted to owners are insufficient due to the high number of vehicles in the society, posing a�current�issue. There is no Swimming pool facility available in the society.

The main issue in the society was electricity problems, and there is room for improvement in maintenance. However, the people in the society are very cooperative, and overall, there are no serious issues.

Neglected gardens further contribute to this issue, detracting from the aesthetic appeal of the society and reducing residents' enjoyment of outdoor spaces. Inadequate security measures also raise concerns among residents, suggesting potential vulnerabilities that may compromise safety and well-being. Additionally, reported issues with non-functional lifts inconvenience residents, especially those with mobility issues or residing on higher floors, impacting daily routines and accessibility within the building.

The roads have been recently constructed to a high standard. Additionally, the construction quality of the society is good, featuring well-ventilated flats without issues of seepage or water leakage. The residents of the society are cooperative and pet-friendly.
The maintenance services are subpar, particularly evident during hot weather when there is frequent water scarcity and inadequate supply. Additionally, the society lacks amenities like a swimming pool, and there is a minor issue with stray dogs causing disturbances.

The traffic outside the society was minimal, with well-maintained roads and easy availability of auto-rickshaws. The society itself was clean, equipped with modern amenities, and free from leakage or seepage issues. Flats were adequately ventilated, and the residents were friendly.
The local railway station was about 1. 5 km away, offering convenient transportation options. However, the society faced water scarcity issues from January to May, necessitating the use of tankers during the summer months. Additionally, while the society offered amenities such as a gym and swimming pool, they were not included in the maintenance charges and required separate payments.

The maintenance and overall condition of the area are improving as the committee actively works on it. Residents enjoy good connectivity with readily available cabs and auto-rickshaws. The gym is also getting better with the installation of new equipment. Additionally, there is now a larger open area and more parking spaces in the society.
Previously, there wasn't much open space for the residents, and the maintenance wasn't very good. However, over time, there has been active participation in improving the society.

High security to the resident,proper garbage disposible system has been adopted in the society. Auto stand ,bus stand is at walkable distance from the society. build quality is top notch like no leakage,seepage and water logging issues in the society. All the modern amenities are present in the society and fully functional.
Usually there is 24/7 water and electricity supply but during summers there are water supply issues in the society. local railway station is not walkable distance from the society. There is no allocated parking space for units,first come first serve system has been provided.
