Additionally, we benefit from a nearby market that provides easy access to essential goods and services, simplifying our daily routines. The proximity of the metro station further enhances connectivity for residents. Traffic congestion is minimal in our area, thanks to well-maintained roads, ensuring smooth travel experiences. Our society takes pride in its meticulous maintenance and cleanliness standards, with regular garbage collection and timely pest control measures in place. We enjoy uninterrupted access to water supply and electricity, with no reported issues or disruptions. Moreover, maintenance charges are affordable, offering value for money for residents. Our society boasts a robust security system, with security guards and CCTV cameras ensuring the safety and security of all residents. Furthermore, our society boasts a range of amenities, including a gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse, all meticulously maintained and fully functional.
Things need improvement
In our society, the construction quality is perceived as average, as some residents have reported issues such as seepage, leakage, and plaster problems in the washrooms. Additionally, the quality of the walls is not up to par, with common occurrences of cracks.

Good things here
The connectivity is excellent, with easy access to public transport options like autos, buses, rickshaws, and cabs just outside the society. It's convenient having market areas, schools, and restaurants nearby, making daily errands effortless. The society boasts a range of facilities and amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, park, club house, and play area for kids, all well-maintained and accessible. What truly sets this place apart is the friendly and cooperative community spirit.
Things need improvement
I find my society to be excellent in every aspect, with no areas needing improvement. Everything here meets my needs perfectly, making it a wonderful place to live.

Good things here
Security was really good as there was police station just beside the society so surrounding was quite safe and secure. Build quality was good,no leakage,seepage,termide pesticides issues in the apartment. All the modern amenities were there in the society and everything wad fully functional. Allocated parking space was there for owners and visitors.
Things need improvement
Local railway station is not at walkable distance but there is foot bridge connectivity to the railways station. Power back up facilities were not there in the society.

Tharwani Heritage is one of the best places located in navi mumbai. Thisnplace is quite good in terms of its connectivity. Electricity and water supply are not an issue in this place.

2 BHK and 3 BHk flats are available around this society. People of this place are nice and well behaved. This place has good connectivity around it. The vibe of this space is quite nice.
