Good things here

I feel safe and my family feels safe at night in my locality The streetlights are properly working and they are well lit at night. The great school, hospitals and mall are easily available near my locality. The quality of roads in my locality are very good and no clogging situation during monsoons . The locality is well maintained and the locality is clean always and no problems of pollution in the locality. read more

This is a heavily populated location as Santacruz E serves as a hub for Road, Rail & Airport connectivity. Its a working class locality with decent options for clinical healthcare, restaurants and local services needed for residential apartment dwellings. Rickshaws are available at the Society gate itself and Society has 24 hour security with CCTV camera read more

In the year 1905, “The Phoenix Mills Ltd. ” (PML) began operations as a textile manufacturing company on 17.3 acres land in Lower Parel, Mumbai and was listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange in the year 1959.

Mr. Bharatkumar Ruia is one of the well-known dignitaries in the Mills industry since 70`s era. Upon joining the family business, his dynamic approach helped PML grow multi fold. With his unflinching ability, he overcame two saddest phases in life of PML, namely fire incident and a major strike.

Mumbai's mills went through a turbulent me in the 1980s and '90s and being visionary, Mr. Ruia took the initiative of transforming the mill business into a commercial zone and started evolving & devising the plans for the same.

The year 1986 can be termed as “Rise of Phoenix from Ashes” when Phoenix House and Phoenix Center, a commercial center with an area of 350,000 sq. of office space became the hub of corporate offices. Simultaneously, Mr. Ruia also undertook residential development on certain portion of mill land.

What Mr. Ruia achieved became the talk of the industry and many adjoining mills followed by treading into his footsteps by developing the mill area into commercial/residential.

However, his prophecy and out of the box thinking coupled with risk taking appetite has not only set PML apart from others but also formed the bedrock of grand success story which PML (High Street Phoenix) is today. It will not be wrong if he is credited for transformation of Lower Parel and abutting areas. The journey of Phoenix Mills also mirrors the road taken by Mr. Ruia, who having foreseen the future of textile industry in the country, decided to venture out into new territories and thus ‘BR International’ was born to tap the potentials of the real estate industry in the country.
