The 3BHK flat is spacious and has a balcony too. Moreover, the quality of the construction is great and fixtures inside are also modern and high-quality. Area gets waterlogged during heavy rains. But apart from this, they are giving everything they promise in brochure right from jogging track, and security to gym, intercom access, power backup, and others.

Everything is top class here. Maintenance problem is not there. WFH crowd will not face problem with mobile network. I loved the interior of rooms offered. They are spacious and have modern high quality fixtures to check upon. Overall, i found this project worth to look upon and investing for long-term purpose.

I liked the overall surrounding. The BDA mini forest in the neighborhood will further enhance the lush vegetation both inside and outside the projects. Anjanapura also has a picturesque lake! With Nature almost your next door neighbor, tranquility is what I like the most.

I bought 2 BHK and the project is perfect to reside. Maangalya Prosper stands proudly in the middle of the municipality of Anjanapura, one of the largest designs formed by the Bangalore Development Authority in recent years. The planned design will result in an orderly development and serene environments.
