Good things here
Society has ample space between its parallel towers. It has all top-notch amenities, making it a vibrant community for families with friendly neighbors. The society is known for its active social scene, hosting numerous cultural events, sports competitions, carnivals, and festive celebrations, making it truly family-oriented. It provides 100% underground parking and an eco-friendly layout. Conveniently located about 1 km from Sector 50 Metro station, it is near Spectrum Mall. The society is bordered on three sides by a green belt, enhancing its appeal. A sports complex is located right at the entrance of the society.
Things need improvement
Water supply is inconsistent, often requiring the use of water tankers. Rodents and insects have caused damage to cars parked in the basement, and complaints about this have not been adequately addressed. Additionally, issues with rodents, lizards, and ants in the homes persist, but no effective actions have been taken despite numerous complaints

Good things here
The society is located near schools, hospitals, and markets. The buses, autos are easily available. Waste management of society is very professional. Also I never saw seepage in my apartment. The windows are wide enough to provide proper ventilation. The amenities like a gym and clubhouse are available and well-maintained. It depends upon person but I have found best neighbours here in this society
Things need improvement
Although autos and buses are easily available, but only in day time, in night we have to depend on cabs only. Also the amenities need more maintenance to ensure they remain in top condition.

Good things here
The roads here are well-lit for safety at night. Each apartment has balconies, and many also come with a separate servant room.
Things need improvement
They say it's affordable, but when you look closely, there are extra costs hidden in there, and what you're getting isn't worth the money.

Good things here
The crowd is flooded with business families and many individuals in the leading sectors of society. The society network is very commercial and the gatherings held in the society are also very productive.
Things need improvement
Access to hospitals nearby is inconvenient and inadequate.

Good things here
Getting cabs and auto-rickshaws is easy here, which makes traveling around easy. Plus, there are good public transport options and metro connections to other places.
Things need improvement
The pollution here is really bad, much worse than in other places.

Proper lighting on the roads are provided. Every flat has balconies and many flats have separate servant room available.

Transportation connectivity is good of the society with metro and other public transport options easily available.
Things need improvement
Maintenance is poor with no proper lighting in the society premises. There is always darkness and potholes on the streets at 75 sector. Inconvenience and danger due to stray dogs. Construction quality is average with seepage/leakage issues.

There are several gates to enter the neighborhood, and there's a large underground parking area with plenty of space.

The playgrounds here are not safe and they're not taken care of very well.

Easy access to cabs and autos for smooth commuting. Well-connected to other areas through public transport and metro.

Good things here
During my two years in the society, I found it convenient as the metro was nearby for commuting. The gym and clubhouse were well-maintained, and the building was cleaned daily. Security features like CCTV and well-maintained lifts ensured safety. There were occasional maintenance issues, particularly with wooden fittings, but overall, the environment was friendly. The locality had clean roads and nearby markets, making daily errands easy. Ultimately, I moved out due to proximity to my office, but I had a positive experience living there.
Things need improvement
Auto rickshaws were available near the mall, but not near the society. There was a seepage problem in our building, which required us to do wooden work to address it
