Good things here
Good parking spaces, one huge ground for outdoor games,easy commutes available, metro n monorail connectivity, Theatre, shops are available. Well Maintained ClubShops within SocietyGood-Quality Plaster & FittingsGood Lift QualityGood Construction Quality. No Seepage Issues, Pet-Friendly society, Good Maintenance Services with Nominal Maintainance Charges are there. The resident do not have any issue for the same. Metro Connectivity is nearby the society so it becomes easy for the people to travel. Well-maintained Roads with no issue of waterlogging . No Traffic Jam Nearby, Vehicles run very smoothly on the roads present near the society. Easy Cab/Auto Availability, Well Maintained Parks, Good Public Transport, Multiple Parks with Lush Greenery all around the Society. Well-maintained Swimming Pool. Ample Parking Space, Advanced Gym Facility and a Spacious Playground is also available in the premises of the society.
Things need improvement
Due to some chemical plant, which is located aroynd 5 kms from the society, the people are facing issues of pollution and excessive smog in the area. Frequent power happens in the society.

Good things here
The society has several positive aspects. Elevators are installed and well-maintained, and the neighbours are very nice and friendly, always looking out for each other. The connectivity is good, with well-maintained roads, and there are essential facilities like a school, hospital, and market nearby.
Things need improvement
However, there are also some issues. There are no autorickshaws available, and the garbage collection is not done regularly. The water supply can be inconsistent, and maintenance work often takes up to two months to be completed. Seepage and leakage problems have been reported, but no action has been taken to resolve them. Additionally, there are no amenities like a gym or swimming pool. Some neighbours do not maintain cleanliness, and pet owners also neglect to clean up after their pets. Parking is another problem due to limited space.

Good things here
There is strong connectivity, and traveling is easy. Effective trash collection and regular cleaning give high maintenance. The structures have excellent ventilation, ample natural light, and well-built construction. There are lots of green spaces, a park, garden, clubhouses, gym, and pool among the amenities. The people living there are friendly and the neighborhood is nice.
Things need improvement
Since everyone who resides in the neighborhood is satisfied with all of the services provided, there are no complaints. There is nothing more that the society needs.

Good things here
Nearby local shops, supermarkets, and grocery stores are available around the society. Regular cleaning and garbage collection are done, ensuring cleanliness. Water supply and electricity are consistently available with no major issues. The security system is good, with security guards and CCTV cameras installed and functioning properly.
Things need improvement
However, public transport is difficult to avail at night, and amenities like the gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse are available but not maintained properly.

Good things here
All the amenties are available in the society. It has great connectivity with good roads. It is well maintened. There in so problem like leakage or seepage in the building. People of society are quite friendly.
Things need improvement
There is no issue in the society; there are no problems with neighborhood, amenities, construction or connectivity, there is even visitor's parking making it comfortable for the visitors to park their vehicles.

Good things here
The hospital is conveniently located just 300 meters away. The property offers all amenities including a gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse, along with covered parking. There's minimal air and noise pollution in this excellent location.

I have a flat, and my family liked it. Since the project is purely royal, the connectivity of different stretches of the road makes it worth it. I loved the security and good power back. Also facilities like gym and lift.

Was this the best residential Nice project with all the amenities like clubhouse jogging track, children play area, fountain available garden, and security arrangement was also a very nice location also.

The community is safe, secure, and very well maintained. The rooms are well lit and spacious giving you an enchanting view even from the balcony. I loved the modern fixtures, location, and overall of the project. Worth the investment.
