Good things here
I'm impressed by the excellent construction quality here, and it's reassuring that there are no issues like seepage or termites. The proper ventilation, along with good plaster and fitting, adds to the comfort. Having designated parking for each resident and a community that follows rules diligently are big pluses. Reliable electricity and water supply contribute to a hassle-free living experience. The neighbors are friendly, cooperative, and always willing to lend a hand. The presence of well-maintained elevators, CCTV cameras, and security guards adds to the sense of security.
Things need improvement
However, I have some concerns. The frequency of garbage collection could be improved, it's not as frequent as desired. Additionally, there is a lack of amenities, which is disappointing. Public transport options like buses, cabs, and auto-rickshaws are not conveniently available nearby, which can be inconvenient. Apart from these issues, everything else is satisfactory.

Good things here
Connectivity like cabs and autos are available if we book ola and uber in the socity. Amenities in the society are very good. Water facilities are very good, and power backups are available. Garbage collection is very good; there are no leaks or seepages in the society. making it very convenient. Public transportation spots are available within a 600-meter radius, with accessible walking distances. Maintenance care is reasonable. Greenery in the society is very good. Facilities like recreational areas and vegetable gardens are available, making it very convenient for residents.
Things need improvement
Construction quality is poor, and there are still some ongoing construction issues like the presence of scaffolding in some places. Amenities like swimming pools, clubhouse, gym, and recreational areas are inconvenient. maintainance should be improve in the socity.

Travel is simple in this well-connected society because there are auto rickshaws, metro stations, buses, and rickshaws close by. Living in the society is made enjoyable by its cleanliness and upkeep. Parking is easy to find, making it convenient for both homeowners and their visitors.
Things need improvement
The locals are happy and appreciate how handy it is to live here. The people in the society are completely problem-free. Everything they need is close by, and all the amenities they require are there.
