Good things here
The elevators are always in good working order, and the construction quality of the apartments is top-notch. The spaces are roomy, with excellent ventilation and no issues with seepage or termites. The POP finish on the interiors adds a really classy touch. They are great about regular garbage collection and properly segregating wet and dry waste. Parking is assigned for each resident, which is super convenient. The gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool are all well-maintained and great to have. The neighbors are wonderful�everyone is friendly and respects each other�s privacy. Plus, the location is really convenient with schools, hospitals, and markets all nearby.
Things need improvement
I lived there during COVID, so I didn't get to experience autorickshaws much, but cabs were available. During the first wave, the gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and other common areas were closed, but they were reopened later. Other than that, everything was up to the mark.

Good things here
The construction quality is excellent, with no seepage or termite issues. The apartments have proper ventilation, good plaster, and fittings. Markets are nearby, and each resident has designated parking. Rules are followed, and the electricity and water supply are reliable. The neighbors are very nice, friendly, and cooperative, always ready to help. The elevators are installed and maintained well, and there are CCTV cameras and security guards available. Regular garbage collection is done with proper segregation of wet and dry waste.
Things need improvement
When I used to live there, getting autorickshaws was a bit of an issue since the society was in its initial stages, but cabs were always just a call away. The amenities were still under construction, but I think they might be completed by now. Other than that, everything was absolutely perfect.

Good things here
The property is very spacious with a modern design and construction. It is conveniently located within 1 km of a hospital, school, bus stop, and supermarket. The road conditions are good, with functioning street lights and ample parking space for residents. Currently, amenities such as a gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool are under construction. The maintenance charges are reasonable, covering 24/7 water and power supply, daily cleaning, and garbage collection. The building itself is newly constructed, and the surrounding neighborhood is friendly and peaceful.
Things need improvement
The society occasionally faces water logging issues, which have been a concern raised by residents. Steps are being taken to address and resolve the problem promptly.

Good things here
The railway station is conveniently close, and the airport is also within reasonable distance, which is convenient for travel. The neighborhood is friendly and pleasant, contributing to a comfortable living environment. Power backup and water supply are great. All basic amenities are available here, gym, swimming pool etc. For children it's nice parks are here, schools, hospitals are nearby. Online deliveries are also not a problem here. It is a well maintained apartment.
Things need improvement
Maintenance charges are too much here, that can be improved. Overall it is a great place to live. Everything is properly maintained by the management here.

The society boasts superb connectivity with metro, public transport, autos, and cabs readily available. The construction is impressive, with no issues like seepage, leakage, or cracks, and the ventilation is great. Maintenance services, including lifts, garbage collection, and water and electricity supply, are very reliable. Amenities like the swimming pool, gym, clubs, and park enhance the living experience. The community is friendly and festive.

Living in this society has been an absolute pleasure; every amenity is top-notch, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the level of comfort and convenience it offers.

Good things here
Excellent security is also provided by the building's strength and lack of cracks, as well as the constant presence of guards. There are no dogs on the streets and parking is not a problem in the community. All the facilities, including a gym, pool, clubhouse, garden and parks, are available, and the lifts function effectively.
Things need improvement
Individuals must wait a long time and go great distances in search of transportation. Their daily travel and general convenience are impacted by this challenge. The lack of accessibility to buses and autorickshaws causes inconveniences for the locals.

Both parking and the presence of street dogs are nonexistent in the community. The clubhouse, garden, parks, gym and pool are all available, and the lifts are in good operating order. No leaks or seepage difficulties have been reported at any point in the society's construction. The structure is quite sturdy and has no flaws, and the guards are on duty round-the-clock to provide superb security.

Living in society is enjoyable for them. Everything is available and there are no issues within the community. People are happy with everything and don't have any problems.

In this society, doctors frequently visit to conduct health camps, and a variety of activities catering to all age groups of residents are regularly organized.

The community, which is only four years old, boasts a plethora of available facilities, with the added convenience of easy delivery for all food and groceries, leaving residents with nothing to dislike about the thriving and well-equipped society.

Good things here
The building was constructed using top grade materials. Seepage occurs everywhere and there are no leaks. At night, street dogs don't usually create problems. The society does not have inadequate illumination. Cabs are five km distant, while auto rickshaws and buses are easily accessible.
Things need improvement
The society is problem-free, and all amenities are provided. People are content with everything and don't encounter any problems. People are happy with everything and don't have any problems.

Good things here
The construction is good, and there are no issues with leakage or seepage. Cleanliness is very well-maintained. Local transport is easily accessible. Maintenance charges are justified. Festivals are celebrated together. The residents are cooperative. Water is available 24/7. The society has all modern amenities.
Things need improvement
There is a traffic issue about 1-2 km away from the society. The nearest metro station is not nearby; one has to travel a bit of a distance to reach it.
