Maintenance of the property is very good. The water facilities are excellent, and power backup is available. Garbage collection is efficient, with wet and dry waste collected separately. Amenities like the swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and kids' play area are available and well-maintained. Maintenance charges are reasonable. Green spaces are well-maintained and look great. Cleaning services are very good and ensure the society is hygienic. The construction quality is good; there are no seepage or leakage issues. Overall, the society is very good.
Connectivity is not good immediately, but it will be available easily eventually. Facilities are available within a range of - kms. Parking areas in the society are congested. In the parks, there are many rats which can enter car engines and damage the wires. Public transportation, such as buses, is available but is located far from the society, making it inconvenient.

As for the building, it's relatively new, boasting sturdy construction without any visible cracks on the walls. Moreover, the neighborhood fosters a friendly atmosphere, with residents frequently coming together to celebrate various festivals.
Back then, residents faced inconvenience due to the lack of amenities in the society. There was a pressing need for efforts to ensure that essential facilities were made available and operational in a timely manner.

The gym is also well-maintained in the society. Maintenance charges are reasonable in the society. The greenery is very good in the society. There is a Ganesha temple inside the society. Yoga classes are held in the garden area. Walking is very good in the society.
Construction quality is not good in the society; it's an old building. Gym is not provided in the society. There is no badminton court or football ground in the society.
