Our Society is an absolute delight! We're incredibly fortunate to have such a wealth of facilities at our fingertips. The connectivity here is superb, with buses, autos, and cabs readily available, ensuring that getting around is always a breeze. Plus, having schools, hospitals, and markets nearby makes daily errands convenient and hassle-free. The construction quality of our homes is top-notch, with no seepage or termite issues to worry about, and proper ventilation keeps our living spaces fresh and comfortable. Timely painting ensures that our surroundings always look vibrant and well-maintained. Each resident enjoys designated parking, with clear rules in place to maintain orderliness. But perhaps the best part of living here is the sense of community among our neighbors. They're not just nice and friendly; they're like an extended family. We celebrate each festival together, fostering bonds that make this place truly feel like home. And with elevators, CCTV cameras, and a 24/7 security guard, safety and security are always a top priority. Additionally, maintenance charges are low, making our high-quality living experience even more affordable. Overall, our neighborhood offers the perfect blend of convenience, comfort, and camaraderie, making it a wonderful place to call home
Things need improvement
The roads in the area are poor, being narrow and often encroached upon, which creates congestion and inconvenience for residents. Additionally, at night, stray dogs enter the society, although they do not cause harm. However, their presence can be unsettling for some residents.

The rooms are quite spacious and designed with proper ventilation, ensuring a comfortable living environment. Regarding amenities, the society offers a range of facilities including a swimming pool, gym, garden, and clubhouse. All of these amenities are very well-maintained, contributing to a high quality of life for the residents. The supply of electricity and water is sufficient, available 24 hours a day, ensuring uninterrupted services for all residents. Safety is a priority in the society, with guards present in two shifts, covering all areas to ensure security at all times. The community is vibrant, with festivals and functions regularly celebrated, fostering a lively and engaging atmosphere. The presence of crowds during these events adds to the sense of community. Overall, living in the society was a very positive experience, with well-designed accommodations, excellent amenities, reliable utilities, and a strong sense of safety�and�community.
Things need improvement
Public transport facilities are not available nearby the society. There is no metro station close to the society, and both the railway station and airport are far away. The build quality is not great, with problems of leakages and seepages in the building. Maintenance was inadequate, and owners had to take care of these internal issues�themselves.

In my society, cabs are readily available, and just outside, there are nearby local shops, supermarkets, grocery stores, schools, and restaurants, which make daily errands convenient. We have both guest and resident parking available, which is quite convenient. Maintenance services are excellent, ensuring our society is clean, and garbage collection is always on time. The roads here are well-maintained, and street lights provide good visibility at night. Inside, the rooms are properly ventilated, which adds to the comfort of living here.
Things need improvement
The construction quality in our society is quite poor, affecting the walls and leading to issues where plaster frequently comes off. Seepage and leakage problems are also common concerns here. Public transport options are limited, and connectivity is not very good, so most residents rely on personal vehicles for travel. Additionally, the metro station is far from our society, which adds to transportation challenges.

Good things here
The folks in our community are wonderful�friendly, cooperative, and always ready to lend a hand. We've got a great vibe here, everyone interacts smoothly and keeps up good relations. Plus, the maintenance crew does a top-notch job; the lifts run smoothly, and garbage collection is always on point, right on schedule.
Things need improvement
The neighborhood has decent connectivity overall, but getting to public transport requires a bit of a trek. However, I've noticed some shortcomings in the upkeep of our amenities lately. The swimming pool, for instance, could definitely use some more attention�it's not as well-maintained as it should be. And when it comes to construction quality, it's been a mixed bag. There have been issues like plaster peeling off in several flats, including mine, and even instances of it falling near the main gate, which is concerning. So, I'd say the construction quality leans towards the poorer side.

Maintenance in the society is satisfactory, with proper garbage removal and prompt maintenance services provided.

Public transport options are not readily available nearby, and accessing cabs can be challenging due to frequent cancellations. There is no nearby auto stand either. The construction quality is average, with some seepage issues present in the society buildings. It would be beneficial to have supermarkets, schools, and clinics located close to the society for added convenience.

There are no issues of leakage or seepage in the flats. The society does not have power cut issues, and power backup is provided for all flats, common areas, and lifts. The lifts are well maintained, and the residents are cooperative. Festivals are celebrated together, and cleanliness is well maintained. The roads outside the society are also well maintained. The society has all modern amenities, and water is available 24*7.
Things need improvement
There are no autos or buses available near the society, which creates significant connectivity issues. This is particularly inconvenient for elderly residents.

Builder is really known so the quality of the construction is good and there no issue regarding construction defects. All the amneities like swimming pool,club house,gym ,kids play area is available and very well maintained in the society. Good security system and cleaniness is good in the society.
Things need improvement
There is no public transport facilities available near by the society. Auto and cabs are also hard to approach but highway and city is close by the society.

The road quality is also fine. The maintenance quality of the society is satisfactory with proper garbage removal. All maintanence services are provided immediately. Rated as 3. 5. Amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse are available in the society. The neighborhood is friendly and cooperative.
Things need improvement
The transportation connectivity is average, the public transport options are not likely to be available nearby. Cabs are also not accessible easily as it keeps getting cancelled. There is no auto stand close by. The construction quality is average as some seepage issues do exist in the society buildings. There must be some super markets, schools and clinics available near the society.
