Good things here
Living in that society was more than just residing in a place; it was an experience of comfort and contentment. The amenities provided were not just sufficient but exceeded expectations. Whether it was the well-maintained swimming pool, the gym equipped with modern facilities, or the beautifully landscaped gardens, every aspect of the society contributed to a high quality of life. One of the standout features for me was the absence of common issues like ceiling problems and seepage. It might seem minor, but not having to deal with these issues made a significant difference in my daily life. It spoke volumes about the efficiency of the maintenance team and the care taken to ensure residents' comfort. The presence of reliable lift and CCTV security further elevated the living experience. Knowing that I could move around the building without any inconvenience and that my safety was being actively monitored provided a sense of security that is invaluable.
Things need improvement
Leaving such a perfect living situation was a difficult decision, but unfortunately, it was necessitated by circumstances beyond my control, such as a transfer. Otherwise, I would have gladly continued to enjoy the comfort and convenience that the society offered. Reflecting on my time there, everything about it felt just right, making it a place I would always hold dear in my memories.

Overall, the maintenance of the society was good, and the people living here are kind and friendly. It's great that we celebrate cultural events like Diwali, Holi, and Durga Puja together. Connectivity is also good, with everything easily accessible, and those who commute daily have access to public transport. Amenities like gyms, clubhouses, and swimming pools are available and in good condition. There are no issues with seepage or leakage in the society, and the parking area has sufficient space for everyone's vehicles. Nearby, we have grocery shops, schools, colleges, medical stores, and hospitals, so everything we need is close by. Plus, there are no communication or network issues in the area, and security is strict, with elevators and CCTV cameras in good condition. Overall, everything is easily accessible, making living here convenient and comfortable.

Overall, my experience in the society was positive. The construction quality was good, and the management team was proactive and solution-oriented. Everything was easily accessible, making daily life convenient.

The construction quality is high, with no issues such as seepage, leakage, or plaster problems. Flats are well-ventilated, enhancing comfort for residents.

Cockroach infestation is a concern within the society, impacting comfort. The lack of nearby schools and hospitals is inconvenient for residents. Roads outside the society are in poor condition, affecting accessibility and vehicle maintenance. Additionally, there are no metro stations nearby, limiting public transport options for commuting.

Good things here
In my flat, there is no issue of leakage or seepage. The society has all modern amenities and they are well-maintained. The residents are decent, and festivals are celebrated together. Cleanliness is maintained, and the lifts are regularly serviced. The ventilation in the flat is good, allowing ample sunlight.
Things need improvement
Public transport is not readily available from the society, and it takes a long time for cabs to arrive. The water supply from PMC is not sufficient; tankers have to be called for additional water. There is very little greenery, and there should be more. Other people in the flats have leakage and seepage issues.

The presence of train and metro stations in the neighborhood is what allows for connectivity. Additionally, roadways are thought to be of good condition. There are also taxis in the vicinity. The society is well-maintained, with amenities like a lift and routine cleaning provided. Water tank cleaning and garbage collection are also efficiently handled.
Things need improvement
Seepage, leaks, and cracks are common in the construction industry. Some essential facilities, such a park, clubs, and a swimming pool, are absent from the society.

Good things here
The society had all modern amenities and was well-maintained. Fortunately, I did not face any leakage or seepage issues in my flat. The residents were decent, and water was available 24/7. Our landlord was cooperative. Cleanliness was well-maintained, and the lifts were maintained properly. There was sufficient parking for the residents.

Society me visitors ke liye inside parking nhi thi unhe gadi bahar park karna padata tha. scoiety ke pass me auto ya bus nhi milti thi ola uber hi book karna padata tha,

Everything is available in public transports like auto, bus, rikshaws, cabs are easily accessible outside the society. The connectivity is very convinient. Market areas, schools, restaurants all are nearby the society. constructuion quality is good in the society. Seepage and leakage issues are not faced as such There is no issues faced regarding water supply. Water logging issues are not faced in the society, the society has got good drainage system. facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, park, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. All are well maintained. People staying in the society are friendly and cooperative in the society CCTV is avilable and functional. Security system is good in the society. Security guards are available. The society is quite big and spacious.
Things need improvement
Sometimes stray dog issues are faced inside the society premises. The society is very good in all ways, there is nothing as such that needs to be improved. This society is a very good place for any family to stay in.

Good things here
I really love my society, and I never want to change it. The frequency of autos and buses is excellent. Malls, restaurants, and schools are all within walking distance. The society is connected to the highway within 1. 5 km. There is no pollution. All modern amenities are available and well-maintained. The flats are very well-ventilated, and there is plenty of sunlight. Water is available 24*7. There are no issues with power cuts. It's a pet-friendly society. The construction quality is good. Maintenance charges are justified. There is visitor parking as well as basement parking.
Things need improvement
The roads outside the society are still under construction and not yet completed. There is some traffic on the main road during peak hours. Power backup is provided only for the common areas, not for individual flats.
