Connectivity via cabs and auto-rickshaws is very convenient, especially if we book Ola and Uber. Water facility is excellent, available 24/7. Power backup is also available in the society. Garbage collection is very efficient; they collect wet and dry waste separately. Amenities like clubhouse, gym, kids' play area, and indoor games are available and well-maintained. There are visitor parking areas in the city. There is a lot of greenery around the city. There are some festivals celebrated in the society; it is very enjoyable for the residents.
Things need improvement
The swimming pool is closed due to water issues; the swimming pool's cleanliness is not maintained well in the society. There is no table tennis, badminton courts, or cricket nets available in the city. Hospital parking is far away, approximately 3-4 kilometers, which is very inconvenient. Construction quality is very poor, and there are a lot of cracks in the streets, making it very inconvenient.

There are no issues with public transport. CCTVs are working properly, and the society has good construction quality, ensuring there are no issues with seepage or leaks. The maintenance work is diligently carried out, contributing to the overall upkeep of the surroundings. People find the connectivity convenient with easy access to nearby shops, schools, and colleges, enhancing daily convenience. The connectivity of the society is very good in terms of transportation; the availability of buses, auto-rickshaws, and taxis makes traveling around the area effortless. Amenities like a gym and clubhouse are well-maintained. Grocery shops and schools are located nearby, facilitating quick access for residents. The presence of a spacious park provides a pleasant environment for children to play and fosters a sense of community. Security is also a strong point as there are no concerns in this regard, and the elevators operate smoothly.
Things need improvement
Society was good, but maintenance should be improved. Currently, there is no maintenance being conducted, and maintaining the society is crucial for its upkeep and functionality.

Connectivity like key cabs and ride-sharing services is not readily available, ensuring convenient transportation options. However, the presence of fewer metered signs can sometimes make navigating the area inconvenient. Traffic issues in certain locations also contribute to the inconvenience experienced by residents.

I've seen significant improvements since my time living in this society. The area has developed tremendously, with much-improved connectivity, making it easier to access transportation and nearby markets. The garbage collection and cleanliness was regularly done with proper seggregation of wet and dry waste. The amenities were there like a gym, swimming pool and club house. The neighbors are incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful, creating a supportive community atmosphere that enhances the living experience.
Things need improvement
During my stay, I encountered some challenges. The construction quality was below average, with frequent seepage issues in the apartments, which was quite inconvenient. While amenities were present, they were only satisfactory and could be improved to better serve the residents.

Autos are available 500 meters from the society. There are no leakage or seepage issues in my flat. The society has all basic amenities, and they are well-maintained. The residents are cooperative, and cleanliness is maintained. Water is available 24/7. Festivals are celebrated together. Maintenance charges are justified. The roads near the society are well-maintained, and there is enough greenery. The lifts are well-maintained, and there is no traffic near the society.
Things need improvement
Near the society, there is no bus stand; it is 1 km away. The metro station is also not nearby. The construction quality in the society is not good; some flats have cracks, but the walls are strong.

Good security and parking facilities. People in the society are quite friendly , they celebrate all the festivals together. No issues like leakage , seepage or cracks in the building . Good water , electricity supply and proper garbage collection. Amenities like swimming pool, gym , club house and park are available in the society. Society has good connectivity with availability of cabs , autos and public transport nearby.

I have not faced any major issues in the society everything is fine and manageable . Its a good society to live in with the availability of all the facilities required .
