Good things here
It has good open spaces and green areas. The service road connects well with Dwarka Expressway. The locality is has good schools, hospitals and Ansal mall. Gurgaon city and NH48 is now 15-20 mins via Dwarka Express way. The apartment are decent sized, facing the expressway. the prices in the locality has increased significantly after Modiji inagurated the expressway
Things need improvement
Power cut and safety during nights. Police patrol frequently but I feel the street lights outside the society road should be there. The conencting road is in poor state.

Good things here
Connected well with Dwarka expressway via service lane. The construction is happening rapidly in the locality. Now there are places for daily need and swiggy zomato also delivers
Things need improvement
Phase 1 was launched way back in 2012. We shifted here when Dwarka express way was not even started. The surrounding area is empty. Not safe during nights. The frequent power cuts and water issues

Nothing, that can be mentioned, initially when builder with there relatives made out a owners association without knowledge of actual owners.
