Good things here
We have a large walking track and enjoy evening walks, getting good air in our surroundings. Connectivity is excellent, with a vegetable vendor coming every week and a bus stop, supermarket, and school within 1 km. The road conditions are good, and the street lights are working. There is ample parking space. Amenities include a swimming pool, cricket, basketball, library, gym, clubhouse, walking track, and community hall. Maintenance is well-managed, with daily cleaning and timely garbage collection. There are no issues with water, power, and lift maintenance.
Things need improvement
In the past few days, the society faced issues with road quality. However, these problems have now been resolved, improving overall connectivity and convenience for the residents.

Good things here
In this society, there is a lot of greenery and grass, and the construction is excellent. The flats have excellent ventilation, and there are no issues with leakages due to high-quality construction standards. Amenities include a badminton court, gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, children�s play area, walking track, and community hall. Maintenance is excellent, with regular cleaning and timely garbage collection. The water and power supply are good, and the lifts are well-functioning. The surrounding people are friendly and helpful.
Things need improvement
The society faces significant mosquito issues, impacting residents' comfort and health. Regular pest control measures are essential to mitigate this problem and ensure a safer living environment for everyone.

Good things here
Public transport is easily available, with buses, autos, and cabs nearby. There's also a hospital and market close by. We haven't had any issues with seepage or termites, and the plaster and fittings are properly done. Each resident has designated parking, and garbage collection is done on time. We have 24/7 electricity and water supply, and the people in the society are very friendly. The lifts are well-maintained, and there are always CCTV cameras and security guards available.
Things need improvement
The swimming pool isn't well-maintained, and there's a lot of dust in it because of the nearby construction. The balcony also gets really dirty from the dust.

Good things here
The community here is fantastic, with all indoor games like badminton and table tennis available, providing ample opportunities for recreation. The garden is a delightful place to relax and enjoy nature. Connectivity is excellent, making commuting easy and convenient. I have not encountered any leakage or termite issues, which speaks volumes about the maintenance. The people here are incredibly friendly.
Things need improvement
It's difficult to identify any areas for improvement because everything appears to be functioning perfectly. The amenities, maintenance, and overall living conditions are all up to standard, leaving no significant issues to address.

Connectivity of the society is good in the sense that hospitals, markets, and shopping complexes are available near the society. maintenance of the society is also good as it stays clean and well maintained throughout. all amenities are available in the society itself like a gym, swimming pool, playground, etc. construction quality of the building is good i have neber faced an issue related to seepage or water leaking.
Things need improvement
Public transport is not available around the society. though the maintenance cost of the society is on the higher side, the services provided are up to mark.

The society enjoys excellent connectivity, with residents having easy access to various facilities including supermarkets, schools, hospitals, hotels, petrol stations, pharmacies, and ATMs, all within a radius of 700 meters to 2 kilometers. The construction quality is top-notch, boasting well-designed flats with good ventilation. Constructed around five years ago, the society has never experienced water leakage issues, and maintenance is efficiently handled with reasonable charges. Power backups are provided not only for common areas but also for all flats, ensuring resident's comfort. Amenities such as a clubhouse, gym, swimming pool, play area, and parking options are well-maintained. Moreover, the community features a grocery store and a temple for residents to celebrate festivals and cultural programs.
Things need improvement
The primary issue within this community is the dust and pollution resulting from the continuous construction activities taking place in the vicinity.

Good things here
This is a small society with around 200 families residing, and the vegetable vendor will arrive for 2 days to conduct stalls inside the society. The connectivity of the society is excellent, with all kinds of amenities such as schools, hospitals, and bus stops easily accessible within a 4 to 5 km radius. Groceries are quickly delivered directly to the flats. Maintenance facilities are good, with garbage collection and cleaning services in place, and there are no issues related to power backup options. The amenities within the society are excellent, including a clubhouse with a gym, a swimming pool, walking tracks, and a good play area for kids. Trainers are available for these facilities. The construction quality of the society is good with good ventilation.
Things need improvement
This summer only has a water issue in this society. There is a lot of pollution and dust due to the ongoing construction around the society. correct mistakes and write properly

The provision of restaurants and cafeterias within the project is a huge convenience. I can satisfy my cravings without stepping out. The terrace cafeteria is a fantastic spot to enjoy my favourite cuisine.
