Good things here
Maintenance of the society is very good. Connectivity via cabs and autos is readily available if we book Ola and Uber. Water facilities are very good, and power backups are reliable. Construction quality is very good; there are no issues with seepage or leaks in the society. Walking around in the society is very convenient. There is a lot of greenery in the society, which enhances the environment. Cleaning services in the society are very good. Amenities such as swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, and kids' play area are well-maintained and available. Public transportation is accessible within 500 meters. Basement parking facilities are convenient. There is visitor parking available.
Things need improvement
Maintenance management efficiency is good. Metro stations are located approximately 3-4 kilometers away from the society. Managed access to metro stations is convenient.

The newly constructed building offers a peaceful environment with easy access to shopping malls, markets, schools, and hospitals within a 5-minute distance. There are no water or power issues, and amenities like swimming pools, gyms, table tennis, and children's play areas are available. The surrounding community is helpful.
Things need improvement
The surroundings are not well maintained in their society, lacking cleanliness and upkeep.
