There is also a hospital available within 2 kilometers for emergencies. Water facilities are excellent, available 24/7 in the society, and there is a water borewell in the society as well. Power backup is available 24/7 in the society. Connectivity via cabs and autos is easily available, making it very convenient for residents.
Public transportation is available around 1-2 kilometers from the society. Maintenance of lifts is not satisfactory; lifts often require repairs. Maintenance charges are expensive, around 5,500 rupees in the society. Sometimes, streetlights are not working properly, which poses a safety concern. Unfortunately, pollution from the nearby main road affects the area outside the society. Additionally, maintenance charges in the city are on the pricier side. Parking can be a bit congested, and there's limited space for visitor parking as well.

Maintenance-wise, we have daily cleaning, regular garbage collection, and weekly segregation efforts to keep our surroundings clean. With 24/7 water and power availability, as well as amenities like a gym, clubhouse, table tennis, basketball court, swimming pool, kids play area, walking track, and party hall, there's always something to enjoy within the community.
Traffic issues can be a concern due to our proximity to the main road, leading to congestion and noise. However, the convenience of having nearby facilities outweighs this inconvenience for residents.
