Pallavaram is just 2.5 from Chennai International Airport in Meenambakkam. It is especially designed to provide the best comfort to the residents as the high construction quality, ventilated homes, installed CCTV cameras, security guards everything is right. The connectivity is never an issue also, the colleges, schools, shops, ATMs are nearby. Furthermore, the view is great and you can enjoy calm evenings in your balcony as the neighborhood is also good. The green parks and other health amenities including gym, pool, jogging tracks makes the life more comfortable and healthy. read more

The area is houses several cosmetics industries due to its nearness to the international airport. There are no traffic jams or any other road issues. The safety and security of the residents is also taken care well as there are CCTV cameras installed everywhere along with professional guard support. There is a small concern about the network which is not so great and you might not be able to comfortable to do work from home sometimes. read more

You can do shopping from the nearby malls, shops which are just few minutes’ walk away. Everything is available easily even good colleges, shops and other facilities are available. The connectivity is very good as it hardly takes some time to reach the public transport or get a cab a doorstep. Ample parking space for residents and visitors is available. It is much safer place for family and working parents who can work in office without thinking twice about the safety of their family members.
