Good things here
Public transport is readily available, posing no issues for residents. Water is accessible 24/7, ensuring convenience. Cleanliness and hygiene are well-maintained throughout the society. Security is efficient with CCTV surveillance in place. Parking availability meets my needs adequately. The maintenance charges are justified for the services provided.
Things need improvement
Near the society, traffic congestion is a significant issue. The society faces challenges such as leakage, seepage, and poor construction quality, resulting in numerous cracks. The residents' lack of cooperation is evident, with fewer festivals celebrated and low participation. Despite having all modern amenities, they are not well-maintained. There is poor ventilation and insufficient sunlight in my flat. Additionally, the maintenance committee fails to perform its duties effectively, impacting the overall upkeep of the society.

Good things here
The society is known for its excellent maintenance and outstanding parking facilities, offering ample space for comfortable vehicle parking. The parking area is meticulously maintained, showing strong construction and careful attention to detail, ensuring there are no issues like leaks or seepage. Residents enjoy access to high-quality amenities such as a well-equipped gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool, which clearly reflects the management's dedication to improving the overall quality of life in the community. There is also a park that provides a warm and inviting environment for children to play. Cultural events like Diwali, Holi, and Durga Puja are celebrated together, fostering a sense of togetherness among residents.
Things need improvement
There was an issue with public transport; buses, taxis, and auto-rickshaws were not readily available. Additionally, the parking area was not covered.

Good things here
I travel with my own vehicle, so the school, markets and hospitals are available near the society. Maintenance is just okay okay. Construction of the soicety is just amazing as there is no problem of seepage. Amenities like swimming pool, gym, clubhouse and garden area are nicely maintained, People living in our society are helpful and friendly.
Things need improvement
I don't know about the public transports are they available near the society or not, there is problem with plumbing line and repairing as well. These are the issues in the society which need to be worked on.

Good things here
The best thing is people here are cooperative and friendly, public transports are available markets are at a distance not that far. Amenities has only clubhouse and gym and that is just okay okay.
Things need improvement
The management is not good of the society as there are very issues inside and they are not resolved timely. The Swimming pool is not operational and the maintenance of the soicety is very poor.

Good things here
All the amenities were accessible to tenants in the society, and they were permitted to use them. The security system was robust, with thorough verification of individuals and vehicles at the entrance. Garbage collection was carried out punctually within the society. Even during the COVID period, the management committee remained active and supportive. Both the landlord and neighbors were extremely helpful, humble, understanding, and cooperative.
Things need improvement
Auto cabs were difficult to find near the society at that time. The rooms weren't soundproof, so you could hear music from the neighbors' houses. There was another balcony that allowed people to look inside, which meant there was no privacy unless you covered it completely.

Good things here
The neighborhood had all the latest facilities, and residents didn't have to pay extra to use them. It was safe for kids and seniors, with good security measures in place. Getting around using public transport was easy. The people in the area were friendly, polite, and kind. Each owner had their own designated parking spot.
Things need improvement
Only families or couples could live in the neighborhood; singles weren't allowed. Unfortunately, there wasn't any designated parking for visitors. Also, the society had problems with pests like cockroaches and termites, which needed to be addressed.

The connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, restaurants are available outside the society. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Drinking water is available 24*7 in the society. Water supply is good. No such major electricity issues is faced. Garbage collection is done on time everyday. Lifts are available and maintained properly. Spacious balcony is available. Security system is good, CCTV is available. Security guards are available. Security apps are used. Other facilities like gym,swimming pool, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. People are friendly and cooperative, cultural events and festivals are celebrated together in the society. Parking space is available for all residents. Drainage system is good.
Things need improvement
Power backup is available only for common areas in the society. Bachelors and tenents are not allowed in the society Visitor's parking is not available inside the society. The constructuion quality is average, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced in the society.

Good things here
Connectivity was really good as there were hospitals and schools near by the society,Local market and groccery shops were there near by the society. All the modern amenities were there in the society and eveything was fully functional in the society tenants were not charged extra to use amenities. Build quality was good no construction defect in the society.
Things need improvement
Rooms were not at all spacious but there were 3 baclcony in the society. bachlores were not allowed in the society. Power back up facilities were there for common areas only.

Security kafi acchi thi koi bhi ata tha to without permission nhi aa sakata tha, atmosphere kafi accha tha kafi airy thi, balcony bhi kafi specious thi. bhot clean thi and pani ka bhi koi issue nhi hota tha. humare landlord kafi cooperative the.

Society me our aas pass bhi koi paid poudhe nhi the us vajah se bhot garam hota tha, connectivity ko 10 me se 0 dena chahiye kyu ki auto, bus, market, even daily use items bhi pass me nhi milte the, karib 1km tak chal kr jana padata tha. society Batchelors friendly nhi thi. gym kafi samay se band thi and swimming pool me bhi pani nhi hota tha.

Good things here
Society has good connectivity in the society like auto,cabs area easily availabe near by the society,schools and hospitals are near by the society. Build quality is really good there are no construction defect in the society. High security system ,All the areas are under cctv surilance in the society. All the festivals are being celebrated in the society so good socialism in the society.
Things need improvement
There is only club house,garden and kids play area in the society,swimmig pool is not present in the society. Power back up facilities has been allocated to common areas only in the society.
