The whole place is very well designed and the layout is marvellous. It almost looks like any 5 star hotel, the locality has lots of colourful plants around it. The entire place is covered with greenery including pretty trees and plants.

Parking is always an issue in apartments as they are built on a small area but this place has very well taken care of that problem. Even visitors have there own parking space. Every unit has its designated parking for there vehicles.

The neighbours here are very good in nature and the peace. They are well educated and accepts the diversity in people and try to participate in each others good and bad, they are very helpful in nature. Which makes life easy here.

Great infrastructure with a very serene and calming view of kalyan city from the balcony or the roof. The carpet area is very huge. The whole place is very well maintained and there is a regular maintained schedule.

The place is very safe and secured, all the entry and exits are covered with guards who stay thee 24*7 and the place is under cctv cameras for more security. No outsiders are allowed without the tenants permission.
