The locality of the apartment was excellent, with local transportation easily accessible near the society. The build quality was great, with no problems regarding leakage or seepage in the society. All festivals and functions were celebrated in the society. There was 24/7 water and electricity supply available. Garbage was collected daily and routinely, with proper waste management in place, including the segregation of wet and dry garbage. Allocated parking for both owners and visitors was available in the society.
The rent in the society was quite high, and the metro was far from the society. The amenities like the hall, pool, and kids' play area were small in size. The gym was not well-equipped. Overall, the amenities were not great compared to the price charged for their use. Power cuts were an issue, and although power backup facilities were available, there were additional charges associated�with�them.

Overall, the society offers a peaceful and clean living environment with friendly residents, but there is room for enhancement in construction quality and security measures.

Moreover, the interference of the builder in society functioning can sometimes lead to issues that impact the overall experience of living in the community.

Great news! Ola and Uber now serve the society, making commuting even easier. Traffic isn't a problem near the society, and we take pride in keeping our surroundings clean. With round-the-clock water availability, residents can rest assured. The community here is friendly, and we love coming together to celebrate festivals. Our lifts are well-maintained, and we enjoy all modern amenities. Parking is ample for both residents and visitors, and the buildings are well-painted, adding to the overall appeal.
Auto-rickshaws aren't readily available outside the society, which can be inconvenient. Additionally, due to the aging of the buildings, seepage has become a concern recently.

Transport is easily available, and there is a nearby market. The society is centrally located, with a mall, highway, and airport all close by. The maintenance of society is good, ensuring cleanliness. CCTV cameras and lifts are in good working condition. The swimming pool and clubhouse are well-maintained. There is a mall and a Big Bazaar nearby, making it convenient for essential household items. The housekeeping staff is good.
There is a slight seepage and leakage issue in the basement, but it gets resolved quickly; it's not a major concern in the flats.

Construction quality is very good. connectivity is very good. people are good.
Electricity and water supply are goes out for 3-4 hour that time is very difficult for us. swiming pool is there but not functional.

Plenty of greenery will certainly come to life within monsoons, open up spaces, a good environment to work from home along a good cellular tower connection.
