Connectivity is very good if we book Ola and other such services. The water facilities are very good, and power backups are available. Garbage collection is very efficient; they will collect wet and dry waste separately. Parking is very spacious, and there is visitor parking available. Public transportation, such as buses, is reachable within walking distance from the locality. Metro services are also available within 1-2 km. Facilities like grocery stores and supermarkets are available within walking distance. Hospitals are also available within a 1 km radius. Maintenance charges are reasonable. Amenities like a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and kids' play area are available and well-maintained.
Construction quality is not good; there are a lot of leaks, especially in rainy seasons. The garden area has been pending for completion for 1 year. Maintenance charges are expensive. The greenery should be improved in our society.

The neighbors are friendly and humble, creating a welcoming community. There are CCTV camera installed throughout the society and security guards are also very strict with the outsiders. Connectivity is great with a nearby railway station, and buses, autos, and cabs are easily available. Garbage collection is regular with proper segregation of wet and dry waste. Each resident has designated parking with rules followed. The construction quality is excellent, with no seepage or termite issues and good ventilation. The carpet area is spacious, and modern amenities like the gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool are well-maintained.
The only minor issue is that the airport is far from the society, but since I don't fly frequently, it's not a big deal for me. Everything else is great here with no issues at all.

There are waterlogging issues during the rainy season in their society, causing inconvenience and necessitating proper drainage management to mitigate the problem effectively.

Neighbours lack friendliness, impacting the community atmosphere negatively, highlighting the need for fostering a more welcoming and cooperative environment within the society.

I seldom ever encounter problems in this guarded neighbourhood. One problem, though, is that the governing authorities may give the upkeep of the public space greater attention. The amenities offered offer fair value.
