The installation of CCTV cameras, along with the presence of security guards, enhances the safety and security of residents and their belongings. properly functioning lifts, and a range of amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, park, clubhouse, and play area for kids enrich residents' lifestyles. Recent renovations indicate a proactive approach to maintaining and improving the quality of the residential complex, ensuring it remains modern and attractive.
Garden is not in good condition but recently it has been developred, The garden is muddy, there is not too much of grass. There is very limited space for garden. Leakage and seapage is there on the ceilings. Gym conditions can be improved as equipements are old.

The construction quality of the society is subpar, with infrequent repairs and irregular painting of apartments. Seepage issues are common, affecting the appearance of the society. Parking space is limited and appears cramped. There is no proper clubhouse, and the open spaces require cleaning and upgrades. Maintenance charges are high, but the services provided do not justify these costs.

Maintenance is excellent in the society, and cleaning was conducted on a daily basis, maintaining a high level of hygiene in the society. . Public transport facilities are easily accessible, enhancing connectivity. Essential groceries can be obtained nearby. There are no issues of leakage or seepage, and the rooms are spacious and well-ventilated. All amenities such as swimming pool, clubhouse, kids play area, gym, and park are available and well-maintained. Residents are cooperative and celebrate festivals together�in�the�society.
During the rainy season, living in that society becomes problematic due to water accumulation in the basement parking area. This poses difficulties for the residents, indicating inadequate infrastructure�design.

Maintenance is poor, especially noticeable on holidays, with cleanliness and upkeep lacking. There are ongoing issues with sewerage and leakage, indicating average construction quality with damp problems persisting.

Metro station is very close to the society and public transportation is easy to find and travel. Gym is in the basement. Kids play in the society itself, Cluhouse is available.
There is a seepage problem on the ground and first floors. The only improvement I want is to install solar panels.

Market areas are easily available near the society premises. Maintenance quality of the society is satisfactory with CCTVs and Elevators being installed. Cleanliness is maintained properly. Construction quality is also fine with no seepage and leakage issues. Amenities like gym and swimming pool are available in the premises. Residents are very decent in nature.
Use personal transportation for travelling purposes.

The society enjoys excellent connectivity with bus, auto, cab, and metro services nearby. Security is top-notch, with strict access control and CCTV surveillance covering all areas. Residents benefit from round-the-clock water and electricity supply. Additionally, the community celebrates all festivals, and the people are cooperative and friendly.
The build quality of the society was abysmal, with major issues of leakage and seepage, to the extent that plaster was coming off the walls. There was a lack of visitors' parking available. Maintenance was extremely poor, resulting in subpar amenities: the swimming pool was undersized, the gym lacked equipment, and there was no clubhouse, only a central park. Additionally, the charges for power backup were exorbitant, at Rs. 12 per unit.

Connectivity sahi hai. Metro hai paas mai, market bhi paas mai hai, autos, cabs aur ricshaws bhi mil jaate hain asaani se. Maintenance sahi hai society ki. Lifts, cctv cameras sab installed hai society mai. Agar koi issue hota hai toh timely reolve kar dete hian maintenance wale. Water logging, seepage, leekage is not an issue in this society. Amenities like Gym, pool, clubhouse are there in the society and they are well maintained. Neighbours are friendly and cooperative. Festivals are celebrated in the society. I really like the gym of our society. Sab kuch bohot achcha hai society mai.
I haven't faced any issues in the society and don't have any dialikes.

Power backup is avialable. amentis are there like club house,gym,swiming pool,play ground.
Whole wall seepage issue. paint are getting fade in just few days. overall construction is very bad.
