Good things here
Its been 5 years living in this society, Its safe, good people around us, great schools & hospitals with in 2 kms. ample space in society, large club house swimming pool basket ball & 2 badminton court. wide roads and green areas. my flat is park facing and two balconies are covered.
Things need improvement
there is not much to dislike in a property. But do have lack of public transport such as less bus connectivity but auto & cabs are easily available.

Smooth roads and good connectivity in this area are what make this place comfortable for me

The constant traffic noise from outside is unbearable. It's impossible to hear oneself think amidst all the commotion.

The neighbors are good, and the community is friendly. Also, all basic amenities are available here, and connectivity to other places is also good.
Things need improvement
Some flats in the building have problems with the ceiling, like leaks or damage. This not only looks bad but also makes us worry about safety.

Good things here
The maintenance is commendable, with timely renovations ensuring upkeep. Recently, a renovation was completed, resolving all outstanding issues. Another positive aspect is the presence of two swimming pools in the society.
Things need improvement
While there aren't any major issues, I believe the play area should be larger, especially considering the number of children in the society. Additionally, the park could benefit from being more spacious.

The society benefits from convenient connectivity, with public transport options like autos and cabs easily accessible outside. A metro station is conveniently located nearby. Nearby, there are local shops, supermarkets, grocery stores, schools, and restaurants just outside the society. Maintenance in the society is very good, with hygiene standards well-maintained.
Things need improvement
Additionally, amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, and club house are not available. There are frequent issues with seepage and leakage in the apartments.
