Transportation facilities are excellent with a nearby metro station and easy access to auto rickshaws, Ola, Uber, and local markets. Despite being an older society, there are no issues with construction defects, showcasing excellent build quality for the area. The society offers a range of amenities including a well-equipped gym, functional pool, banquet hall, basement parking, and garden�all of which are well-maintained. Owners have allocated parking slots within the society. Festivals are celebrated within the community, fostering strong social connections. Overall, the society promotes good social interactions, and cleanliness is prioritized with daily garbage collection and segregation of wet and dry waste within�the�premises. read more

In this society, allocated visitor parking is not available, and guests must park outside the premises, which is inconvenient for visitors. Full power backup facilities are provided, but the charges are considerably higher than normal rates. I really appreciate living here due to several positive aspects. There are schools, hospitals, and markets conveniently located nearby, making daily errands easy. Each resident has designated parking, and the connectivity is excellent, with public transport options like buses, autos, and cabs readily available. The roads are well-maintained, which adds to the convenience. Regular garbage collection is done with proper segregation of wet and dry waste. The elevators are installed and maintained, ensuring smooth vertical transportation. The electricity and water supply are reliable. The construction quality is good, with no issues related to seepage or termites, and the units have proper ventilation with good plaster and fitting. Additionally, the security is robust with CCTV cameras and security guards always present. read more

However, there are several significant drawbacks also. The building is not painted on time, and maintenance issues are common. Water pipes often crack, and there is no support available when problems arise. There are no amenities at all, which is quite disappointing. The neighbors are not cooperative or supportive and do not help each other, which negatively impacts the community spirit. read more
