Good things here
The society is really nice because it's super clean and there aren't any leaks or water problems anywhere. The gym and pool are really good and taken care of well, which shows that people here want things to be really good. There are lots of different ways to get around, like buses, auto-rickshaws, and taxis, which makes it easy for people to go where they need to go. People who live here like the lively markets, stores, hospitals, and schools nearby because they help them a lot. There's also a big park where kids can play and have fun. People who live here are really friendly and nice, and they make everyone feel welcome.
Things need improvement
There are absolutely no problems whatsoever in the society; everything is in tiptop shape and impeccably maintained. The residents are all pleasant and amiable, and the transportation links couldn't be better for those who commute daily.

Good things here
Autos and cabs are easily available, the society has good connectivity with the entrance on the main road, parking is good for both visitors and residents, Vaishali metro is just 100 meters away, garbage is segregated, cleanliness is maintained daily, the paint is being redone, electricity and water supply are reliable, the construction is good, the amenities include a gym, clubhouse, swimming pool, basketball and badminton courts, and the people of the society are friendly and harmonious with labor welfare.
Things need improvement
One small area of my house has a seepage problem that is being addressed with repainting, the clubhouse is partially available but under renovation, and the lifts are being replaced due to the society's age, with 30-40% already changed and the rest still pending.

While the society is impressive in terms of connectivity, maintenance, construction quality, amenities, and community friendliness, there could always be room for improvement. Small enhancements in specific areas could further elevate the living experience, although finding any significant flaws is quite challenging.

Despite previously available amenities such as a gym and swimming pool, recent closures have impacted resident enjoyment and convenience. The gym, while functional, lacks special features or upkeep that would enhance its appeal. Seepage issues within the society remain a persistent concern, affecting living conditions and requiring ongoing maintenance efforts.

Good things here
The market is just a 5-minute walk away, and Supertech Society is known for its excellent construction and build quality. Public transport is easily accessible, with buses, autos, and cabs readily available. There is 24/7 electricity and water supply. The neighbours are very nice, friendly, and always ready to help. Additionally, there are CCTV cameras and a 24/7 security guard ensuring safety.
Things need improvement
Everything generally exceeds expectations. However, the gym, which used to be functional, is now closed. Additionally, the hall previously used for society functions is also closed, and events are now held outside on the society premises. It would be beneficial if the hall could be reopened for its intended use.

The society offers good connectivity, making commuting relatively easy and convenient. Maintenance is well-managed, ensuring the building remains in good condition despite being around 25 years old. The construction quality is decent, providing a satisfactory living environment. Additionally, the residents are friendly and create a welcoming community atmosphere.
Things need improvement
Despite its age, the building could benefit from modern amenities, which are currently lacking and pose a significant drawback. The absence of facilities such as a gym, pool, or garden detracts from the overall living experience. Enhancing the society with some amenities would greatly improve its appeal and functionality for the residents.

Good things here
In the past, our society had convenient access to public transport like cabs and autos. We used to celebrate cultural events like Holi and Diwali together. The construction quality of buildings was good, with proper ventilation and no issues like seepage. We had shops, malls, markets, and grocery stores nearby. Covered parking was allotted for everyone, and cleanliness and hygiene were well-maintained. Garbage collection was timely .
Things need improvement
Amenities such as gyms, swimming pools, and a clubhouse were available. However, the maintenance of these amenities could have been better. Overall, there were no major issues and everything was running smoothly.

Good things here
Vaishali metro was 500km away, We get easily Uber, Auto when i was living there, Society was on main road. There was genartor for powerbackup, My flat was renovatede and construction differ in flats. Gym Clubhouse swimming pool and parking was there, small open space in front of the society but not proper space for kids. People were just okay okay only in event they used to participate like Chhat Puja.
Things need improvement
Lift was not service time to time, Society has 2lifts, only 1lift was maintained. 1Lift used to cause many problem as it was not working most of the time.

Good things here
The society offers well-maintained and fully operational facilities including a swimming pool, park, club, and gym. Regular social gatherings and timely festival celebrations are common. Cleaning and garbage collection are efficiently managed without issues. There are no problems with cracks or ventilation, which is excellent. The residents are friendly and cooperative, contributing to a positive atmosphere overall.
Things need improvement
Occasionally, there are issues with seepage or leakage, but whenever we report them, they are promptly resolved. Apart from these occasional issues, everything else is generally fine and satisfactory.

Good things here
Pulic transports are easy to find. Maintenance and Cleanliness is managed well. All the amenities are there in the society and it is functioned well, People are good with each other.
Things need improvement
There is a little issue of seepage and leakage issues are there in the individual houses and building of the society.
