Good things here
The neighbors are friendly and cooperative, which is one of the few positives. They are always ready to help and contribute to a pleasant living environment. Also the amenities such as a gym, a swimming pool and a club house is there and all of them are well maintained by the society committee.
Things need improvement
The connectivity here is quite poor. Public transport options like autos are hard to come by, and finding a cab can be challenging. It's not very convenient for getting around. The maintenance leaves a lot to be desired. While there's regular garbage collection, other aspects like cleaning and repair work are often neglected. The overall upkeep is below average. The construction quality is subpar. There are frequent seepage issues and the overall build feels flimsy. The infrastructure could use significant improvements.
